Discount Tire in southwest Austin is a tire and rim shop known for its excellent service, great staff, and wide selection. The store is remodeled and much nicer, with very friendly and respectful employees who take time to explain services. They offer tire installation, rotation, balancing, flat repair, and free air pressure checks. The location is often very busy and crowded, leading to long wait times. To avoid waiting, customers recommend making an appointment online or bringing in just the rim and tire separately and returning later. The service is good with adequate communication, and they stock popular brands. Notably, they have performed free puncture repairs quickly. While prices are competitive with other shops, their combination of service, selection, and helpful staff makes them a trusted and loved local business.

Came to edit my review:
Had a small problem but they did take care of it and make it right. This is the only place I come for tires when I need them for our cars. Would come here again.
Thanks Zach for taking care of the problem. & Thanks for your help Joe.
