I met with Charlie Holmgren who assisted me in making a decision to purchase a quartz countertop. Charlie put together a proposal to change out not only our primary bath countertop; but also our wet bar and kitchen counters. Charlie was professional, supportive and a pleasure to work with. “I had my Parachute box shipped to my parent's house for Christmas, and after I unwrapped my presents it wasn't there. My parents said they never received it, I tracked my order and it said it was delivered and had a picture. Assuming my $1k parachute bedding box was stolen. Luckily Parachute has the BEST customer service (Luis) and instantly said they would replace or refund. I would totally recommend and purchase from them again!”

“I've been by the Braker lane location in Northwest Austin a couple times this week and both times everyone was amazingly helpful! Yesterday I was in a bit of a rush but learned from a helpful associate named Style that they offer free design services. Today I had more time and my husband and I had the pleasure of working with Rafael to make final decisions on our fireplace tile, grout, and schluter trim. He had an incredible eye for design and was a joy to work with - & what a relief to finalize choices we've been agonizing over! Also, dogs are warmly welcomed inside which is an amazing plus considering that my house is a construction site and I can't leave my dog home alone anymore. Highly recommend!”
