Then explaining next steps at home for completing the task. Since we didn’t technically purchase anything, he didn’t charge us even though he took the time to solve the problem for us. We were so appreciative! He was patient and was able to spell out everything in simple terms.”

“Absolutely crazy! My iPhone 14 plus back glass was completely shattered and I had 0 hope of it reviving perfectly without spending $349 that Apple quoted me. Mo did the same thing in less than an hour, for one third of the price, and with absolute precision. The best part was, I asked if I needed to change the battery, he literally told me not to, at least right now as the phone still had 84% battery health left, and wait until I get a notification, he will change it then and charge me the same. He could have easily made quick bucks but rather he chose the honesty, which to me was the biggest green sign. I will come back for anything phone or tech related here, without giving a second thought. Hands down!”

After a terrible experience with AT&T, I decided to reactivate my T-Mobile account. Elijah assisted me, and I can’t say enough good things about him—he truly deserves a raise. He navigated the complex process of transferring my account back to T-Mobile and went above and beyond to address issues that AT&T had created. He even set me up with T-Mobile’s new home internet service, bundling it with my mobile account for extra savings.
For anyone considering switching to AT&T: don’t do it! I made the mistake of leaving T-Mobile for an enticing deal with AT&T, which promised a new iPhone and better service, but it turned out to be a nightmare.
