“I took my A71 5G that had a cracked body to them. They here upfront about the potential issues and associated costs. Turns out the phone is damaged beyond repair?. I loved that phone.
They were very helpful, they returned the phone and kidnt even charge me for the attempted repairs.

I'd been struggling with some In store reps & on the phone nonsense with AT&T – felt like I was talking to people who just pretended to care . Marlena is unique and actually read the situation,so i wouldn't repeat myself ! I couldn't believe she took the time to understand where I was coming from.
Then, she broke everything down for me in a way that actually made sense.! Finally, someone who gets it.

“Awesome place my wife cracked her screen and was having a hard time doing a smart switch since her screen was no use. Everyone was wanting to charge for a whole screen repair or charging crazy for data transfer they were able to a temporary fix to get all my stuff transferred and had amazing prices! Definitely recommend owner was amazing and got us in and out in no time!”

“I shattered the back glass circle covering the zoom lens on my IPhone 12 Pro Max camera...and I feared the worst!! But owner Eric verified over the phone that he did have the proper replacement piece there on hand for my specific make and model, and I kid you not, he was able to remove the broken glass and get the new piece on IN LESS THAN HALF AN HOUR! ...AND FOR ONLY $40 !! He really saved me!! I was worried I wouldn't be able to use my zoom to capture concert vids at ACL this weekend!! YOU SAVED ME IN A PINCH, ERIC! After a terrible experience with AT&T, I decided to reactivate my T-Mobile account. Elijah assisted me, and I can’t say enough good things about him—he truly deserves a raise. He navigated the complex process of transferring my account back to T-Mobile and went above and beyond to address issues that AT&T had created. He even set me up with T-Mobile’s new home internet service, bundling it with my mobile account for extra savings.
For anyone considering switching to AT&T: don’t do it! I made the mistake of leaving T-Mobile for an enticing deal with AT&T, which promised a new iPhone and better service, but it turned out to be a nightmare. T-Mobile has amazing customer service, and you can actually understand and trust their support team.

“My iPhone battery was wearing down and I made the mistake of going to a competitor a few months ago and they put in a generic battery that wouldn't even last through the day. My wife suggested CPR. I went in and spoke with Emma, and within an hour she had replaced my crappy battery with an iPhone battery and it runs like it did when it was new. Don't make the same mistake I did. Go see Emma first. She's awesome!”
