“I bought my first motorcycle through Cycle Refinery and had it delivered 300 miles away. It was blue, the 2022 model, I mean it had to be blue or else. The Honda Rebel 300 was my first bike. I have ridden 1500 miles in the first month... still trying to learn how to corner. I admit I was nervous about buying a barely used bike that a cycle shop had "fixed-up"... I had a bad experience once with a vehicle that was refurbished after a flood. But, in 1500 miles on this bike, I see no complaints. I'm not sure how Jesse finds nearly new bikes in great condition. So far, I love it. Cycle Refinery is definitely the place to look. And, I think Jesse may actually enjoy his job.”

They are very friendly, approachable, helpful, and grateful for my business. It's a challenging location, but I always manage to get lucky with parking, and am greeted with smiles and assistance.”
“I came here yesterday to fax something because 1992 called. I frequent this location out of convenience to return things to Amazon. I just wanted to say that every single person who works at this location has been kind and helpful. Yes, it is mostly a bunch of youngins but they were raised properly because there wasn’t a genz state in sight. The employees here are respectful and fun, I hope the last thing doesn’t get them in trouble. From what I can tell, these kids are excellent workers.”

“Upon being greeted upon entering, I grabbed a large envelope to place our philanthropy letters in for shipping. Anthony was so kind and provided me a sharpie to address the package. Once he noticed who I was shipping them to, he immediately offered to mail our package of letters being sent to Operation Gratitude for free. He insisted on taking care of it and was grateful we were supporting our hero’s and service members for the USA! The level customer service and care went above and beyond. It is these acts of kindness we pride ourselves on in being members of the national charity league and that we all can share for our community members at any point in time.
