“Amazing service from these guys, especially the manager. We had if for an extra six hours six we had a ton of rain our moving day, and traffic was really bad. We showed up 5 min past closing, the manager, great guy by the way, parked the truck for us, and didn’t charge us late fees whatsoever. “I haven’t rented any moving trucks from here yet, but I called this morning asking about the drop off details, and other questions I had and the guy was extremely helpful, and took the time to answer a bunch of questions, for future reference DO NOT RENT from Space Self Storage in McAllen (RGV Area) it was the worst experience from start until now, they need better service, to provide safety driving moving trucks, and providing security, like I felt Annihilator Customs INC provides. I will more than likely give budget one last chance but only at this location, I felt taken care of without even renting a moving truck here yet.”
“I never write reviews. This was by far the BEST experience I've ever had at a U-Haul. I just rented a truck for a few hours but all of the staff were welcoming and very helpful. I haven't seen a genuinely thrifty employee at any business in what feels like a couple of years. 5 stars, great staff.”
“Stan was THE BEST! He came out to help us and made the process go so smoothly! He was more worried about our safety than the late time, which really helped out our situation. I will definitely come to this spot for all of my U-Haul needs. Stan deserves the biggest raise because he is so good of a person and was super helpful for the whole process. We love Stan!!!”

“Love this company! The women at the front desk are always efficient and accommodating. The whole rental process is cheaper and easier than any of the big name rental companies and they have everything from sedans to box trucks. I’ve used them on multiple occasions - I own a small business re-selling antiques and Longhorn rentals is the perfect solution to my logistical needs when I do local trade shows and events.”

“Look this place saved my bacon! I needed to haul furniture for my mom last minute. I setup a self check in with the Ben and white location and was told it’s only self checkout when someone is at the location. I got stuck in traffic timing was at exactly the hour mark. Then told we don’t speak English ? But got to Ed’s and was able to check in Online just like it said I could and when I had an issue after hours someone answered the phone and came out to help. I will only shop here for my U-Haul needs moving forward. Thanks you guys.”

Truck was perfect and less than half the cost of all other truck rental places even with the extra full coverage insurance!! Drop off in El Paso was super easy. I’ve rented from all of them, but this is by far the easiest, most affordable, and great quality!”

They heard my issue regarding the Transmission Oil Light and since they were not able to complete all of the needed repairs to the truck that day they jumped into action on finding me a replacement truck. “This is by far the BEST location to rent UHaul moving trucks! You actually see a live person, unlike most other places where you are left to do their job! by having to play hide-and-seek and go on a scavenger hunt to find the trucks which are just placed anywhere there's a parking lot (or so it seems). This place is like the good ole days when the representative processed the work order and answered all your questions. The counter person (Rosie) was most gracious, helpful, and very efficient. She deserves a raise! GREAT EXPERIENCE!!”
