I had a surprisingly great experience at this location. Angel is one of the friendliest salespeople I've ever met. She rented me a van when I hadn't even reserved one, and made the whole experience super easy. I hope she gets to be manager. This is the best U-Haul location I've rented from anywhere in Austin.

No issues, quick, efficient. I was able to leave my car. Just make sure you document everything cause you will regret it if you don’t. Decent customer service since Uhaul is not known for their customers service. Lots of people moving and busy. Just have common sense and be detail oriented and follow instructions.
