“My mom’s phone was damaged in the hospital by a nurse placing her phone in a bag with a liquid and this happened during hurricane Beryl. I contacted T-Mobile to get insight on how to replace mom’s phone. I had been to several T-Mobile 3rd party sites without assistance due to most locations closed after the hurricane. I went to this location and encountered Saxon and Juan who listened to the extenuating circumstances of my mom being critically ill, but needing her phone. Saxon and Juan were very helpful and gave my mom the best deal possible because she didn’t have insurance. Thanks Saxon and Juan your knowledge, patience and resourcefulness was greatly appreciated!!!”

“Unlike other similar stores AT&T and others, in this store the customers are welcomed at the entrance and checked in. Three people work here in good synergy (as per May 2024).They complement each other and the outcome and support for the clients are very good.One person, is expert and fully competent, sometimes rude for a minute ,then back to business very effectively.The second one is fast and reactive, struggling to solve any issue even if not familiar with the problem, good attitude.The third person seems to be at the beginning of the learning curve, but is very patient and try to do the bestConclusion : 5 stars well deserved”

I tried using the Xfinity online assistant and called customer service for help, but both left me stuck in endless loops with no answers or options to speak to a real person. Even when I finally got the option for a technician visit, it wouldn’t be scheduled for another three days. Frustrated, I decided to go to the local store to get a replacement. The staff there were helpful, and the process was quick and easy. My internet is working fine now.”

“It's incredible how one person can change your thoughts about the company's reputation or make you think it's time to change the company. First, I went to the Westheimer location Galleria, and the person who tried to help me was very loud and started giving anxiety attacks. He said he has been in business since 2011 and wanted to provide me with unnecessary details, which was not helpful. I pu my phone and left. The next day, I went to this Hillcrodt location, which completely changed my mind. As soon I walked in, Jorge said Welcome, wrote down our business account, and asked me to wait for the tech help. I looked at all the salespeople helping people with patience and a smile. Mak helped me, and honestly, within a few minutes, he explained all my concerns and gave an honest opinion. He offered me a few options to resolve the problems. It was a pleasant experience, and since this is a business account, I need to talk with other members. I will go back on Tuesday and get the new phone. Mak thank you again you sure did saves our business account, and we would love to stay with T Mobile for a while. T mobile is lucky to have you. I highly recommend this location, and please ask for Mak or make an appointment if he is busy.”
“I stopped by because I received a text that my phone was going to be slower because I used to much of my data, the attendant was very polite and explained to the situation, she also mentioned to me about another line, and the benefits and I was glad cause she showed me a couple of phones and a cover and I left their very much satisfied, she stated that she was from another store and she was just filling in, but anyway she was awesome. They understood what I was needing and made me feel at ease after a horrible experience at another location, where I was ready to leave Verizon after 19 years. I was not rushed nor pressured to get something I didn’t want. They found the best plan and phone to met my family’s needs. They were very respectful and attentive. They turned a tedious errand into a fun experience. Abel also came over to assist and continued the same professional and friendly service you can expect at this location. Definitely worth the drive.
