Dr. Honnas is exceptionally kind and thorough, he took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question with patience and alignment as a priority.
His calm, reassuring presence and the professionalism of his team made our experience feel fantastic and reliable. Our horses were handled with gentleness and respect, and it was obvious how much everyone truly cares about the animals they treat.
The entire team was incredibly well attended, organized, and supportive, and I never once felt rushed or overlooked. It’s rare to find a practice that combines this level of expertise with such genuine warmth. I am deeply grateful for the care my horses received and would trust Dr. Honnas and the team at Texas Equine Hospital without hesitation.

Dr. Hartwick and the staff is great, they worked with me on how to treat one of my dogs that is very unfriendly to vets. Recently my other dog developed an eye problem. During the follow up visit, Dr. K mentioned that she had consulted with a vet eye doctor about the issue - a really impressive display of care. The staff and technicians are great, friendly, love animals and always cheerful. The Vet is cost conscious, explains prices in advance and gives estimates before work is started. Prices seem very reasonable.

She is so happy to go and see her friends. The people are very nice and I drive 30 minutes to take Cosmo here because it’s worth it. I work in the veterinary medicine field and will be a veterinarian soon and I trust these people with my pup! Highly recommend!

This cafe roasts its own beans (yummy beans by the way), pulls delicious shots, has good service and a unique ambiance (it's in a house), and has good baked goods to accompany your drink. Highly recommend the cortado here, as it is more of an experience than a drink. A++

The Texas Smoker was hefty and had a good sauce to potato ratio. Even though it looks absolutely drenched, once you fork a bit of brisket, Colby Jack, rib tips, and potato it turns out perfect.
Be careful of the rib tips, they still have small pieces of cartilage running through them as you would expect.
The chicken strips reminded my ma of DQ strips from the early 2000's. She was plenty happy with it for the price.
There's a small patio area to the right of the order window with bench tables. 3 tables that can comfortably fit 3 people on either side.
