Hill Country BBQ
27004 Hwy 6, HempsteadOne of the best lunches I’ve ever had in the state of Texas. Came in on our way to Austin from Houston. We met the owner, Dan Hill, who was super nice and even let us try some fresh pulled pork he was making. He even sat with us and played some blues on the guitar.
The ribs were delectable. They fell right off the bone and were so tender. The sausage and brisket were great too.
This will for sure be an unforgettable experience, and we will be back on our next trip!
