I’ve seen a bunch of reviews talking about how the customer service is terrible, but honestly I think a lot of that is just people being impatient and rude. The guys in there are usually working with a few customers at once and they get to you when it’s your turn. Yesterday I went in needing help with my car and Gavin took care of me. He was patient, actually knew what he was talking about, and didn’t rush me or act like I was bothering him. Straight up did a great job.
Give that man a raise. Seriously.”

Not only did he change my battery, but gave me advice on how to take care of it, showed me how to change it myself, walked me through all my options on the replacement, then walked me through options on jumpstarters and even went as far as changing out my key FOB battery and showing me how to do that too! Absolutely stellar guy”
