Tender Smokehouse
224 W Pecan St, CelinaVery tasty meats and a great bbq sauce. The grind on the house sausage was thicker with nice small fat pieces and a nice casings. Moist brisket was tender, not an overpowering char, and great flavor. I really liked the sauce, it was a thicker sauce and not too sweet.
I personally do not like bread & butter style pickles but they were quality pickles.

We had the Mongolian Beef, Beef Broccoli, Seasame Chicken, Shrimp Fried Rice & Angry Bird Roll tonight and they were all Delicious! The beef was Super Tender & the Shrimp Tempura in my sushi roll was perfectly crispy, even take out! This place is MUST TRY! ?

We accidentally booked the wrong seating option online, and after the original table was ruined from rain the day before, the staff immediately problem solved and got us accommodated within about 20 minutes. Everyone was incredibly kind and understanding the entire time.
Our server was also amazing — super personable, efficient, and genuinely sweet, which feels rare these days. The menu is definitely unique and a little more intricate, but everything we ordered was delicious. The food, coffee, and drinks were all fantastic. Overall just a really great experience, and we’ll definitely be back.

My friend set up a private sourdough making class today and we learned so much, enjoyed such a wholesome experience, and loved the owner and her team including her Dad. The bakery itself is beautiful with character and the light blue VW bug made the environment perfect especially given it was the owners car since age 16. Just a blast! Grateful my friend set this up for us today ?♥️
