“Cannot stand the Nick recording and now I'm locked out of my app and because I was busy doing some paperwork I closed it and didn't proceed and they're getting me messages like that's why I'm locked out too many attempts when I truly only tried one or two times and then when it finally accepted my password it said I still couldn't get in. When I called they wanted to tell me it's because it was too many attempts but when it finally said I could get in it still wouldn't let me in I dealt with that for about 30 minutes one day and told him to mail me my information. I'm still not in my account bet my billstatement is mailed. Super not user-friendly because you couldn't just hit copy when they would give you a code you had to go back and forth between your text messaging or email and the website. Things are not popping open and putting you in the right place automatically.very outdated system for modern times. Please fix soon”

“Just came in yesterday, on a Thursday, to officially open up my first ever account with Capital One and was greeted and assisted by 2 very nice and super helpful women working that day. I believe one of them was named Dora and the other is Farah. Great ladies the both of them and they did awesome in checking up on me, if I needed any help/had questions, etc, while also assisting a whole line of other people that day! Stellar customer service. My only complaint is I wish Capital One offered temporary Debit and Credit cards as not all of us are longtime veterans in the workforce, rich or retired, unfortunately. A lot of us are also young and starting out in our new adult lives—plus most of us just simply cannot wait more than a couple days to finally start actually using the funds in our new accounts, you know? I wish they would give us temporary cards, just like how my previous bank, Wells Fargo, issued me a temporary Debit card to use, same day, while my official one came through the mail. Just very frustrating hearing that from the employees is all. I am still waiting for it and really do need it to pay for certain things, as well as just incase for any emergencies that may arise, because Capital One is my *sole* bank account for the moment. Another thing Capital One Corporate should also factor in with any of their new customers. Please give us an option to instantly use our newly-verified account(s) same day. I inputted my ID, social security and everything, what more do you want from me? Come on. This is a multi-billion dollar establishment and the year is currently 2025. Could you help us out just a bit here, Mr. Fairbank and co.?”

“I LOVE Frost Bank! LOVES: 1. The customer service number (even the 800 number!) is always answered by a human being. This is THE MOST attractive thing about them! I cannot complain about customer service. 2. The girl that opened my account called me at 30 days, 90 days, and a year after I had my account opened to see how I was liking it. They might even call at 2 years! 3. Sometimes we OD our account (I know! Bad!!) and most of the time they refund the fees...sometimes even without us asking. 4. The mobile app is great and easy to use and you can even cancel or freeze your debit card there in case it gets lost. 5. Website is hugely functional and I can do practically anything I need to do there easily without having to hunt. There are some improvements that could be made. (I updated these from a list of 5 to 2 from my initial review. So many improvements have been made!) 1. I would love a location in Denton or Corinth. I'm so happy they opened a Lewisville branch! 2. When you leave the website and go back, the login screen doesn't appear. It just says "Welcome -your name-!" And when you click my accounts, it errors out and makes you sign in. It would be much more convenient if you could just sign directly in.”

“first time coming to this location, very nice setting's and accessibility! really like how they have the self-service atm inside the location, as most are usually outside or on the side by the drive-thru. the location is real close to Carrollton which is real helpful, and there's a CVS close by too. ??”

“I had a great experience at this Wells Fargo all because of Martin’s superb customer service. Not only was he helpful, he was informative and able to tell me about special features on the Wells Fargo app! I was surprised seeing this location has less than 4 stars, however people who had negative experiences must’ve been helped by someone other than Martin!”
