“Kristen literally saved my day. I arrived at her Verizon store at Vista ridge , in tears, thinking my phone battery had destroyed my phone. I had several transactions hanging on my return calls, non of which I could make.
I have seen Kristen before here and knew she was competent but today she became a Star in my book. She took my dead phone, evaluated it, charged it!! and began to explain how to upgrade my services at a big savings to me. “I’ve been a client with spectrum for about two years and I came to upgrade my services and they treated me excellent in this location. I forgot the name of who helped me out but she was very polite, carefully listened to any question I had and answered all of my questions in detail so I could understand. I got my upgraded equipment and they even showed me how to setup everything even though they didn’t have to plus instructions came in box. I appreciate the customer service here and recommend anyone coming to this location.”
