Old cell phone died & service provider recommended I check with CPR (Cell Phone Repair) for a possible repair. Sam at CPR did all that was possible, but the old phone was dead. Went back service provider & rep suggested I purchase a replacement phone from CPR vs thru them. I've had some questions about new phone & everyone at CPR are Always Very helpful & courteous - especially Sam!!! 5 stars are not enough for CPR & Sam.”

“My son's brand new iPad was cracked and a neighbor recommended this place as being amazing so I went in. I checked in the iPad expecting to pay a pretty penny and left. Before I even left the lot one of the amazing techs (Stacey I believe) was flagging me down. She showed me that my son's ipad was not cracked it was just a screen protector that was!! They could have never told me and charged me for the new screen and I would NEVER had known. Instead I bought a new screen protector and became a lifelong customer. It is incredibly rare to find an honest place like this and I'm so grateful that I have. Thank you!!!!”

“Amazing customer service!!!! If you are in the area this Metro PCs location is the BEST to go to in the area. I went to the one on Eldorado in Little Elm OMG!! It was an AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!! They didn’t help me and was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I couldn’t believe I was treated that way. I immediately reported them and filed a complaint with Metros corporate department. “Amazing experience, I dreaded entering because my acct had issues and i had been avoiding dealing with it because the 4 previous online customer service people had not secured it and it kept getting accessed. However, I was extremely impressed when I entered the Corinth AT&T. Mason quickly comprehended my issue and immediately knew how to handle it. Went above and beyond to assure my account was the way it needed to be and that this would not happen further. He's so intelligent at his job. I think he is the best multi tasked worker I’ve ever met but that did not cause lack of detail. He’s very thorough, friendly, and fast. If you need something corrected, changed, or need the best deal available, and done quickly, he’s your guy, this is your store. “My voicemail had a glitch and would not accept messages for the past 6 months. I tried calling Verizon and could not get past the automated "help." I went to the Denton Verizion store on Loop 288, and Shea (a real human) patiently worked through the problem for me. He fixed the error, and I now have a working voicemail service. He didn't make me feel like an incompetent idiot either!! YAY SHEA! THANK YOU!”
“Cell phone chores are never a pleasant thing to take care of... I usually start online and find some customer svc # where I stupidly yell at a robot for a while and get hung up on. Eventually, you gotta go to the store and deal with it, which is usually hit or miss with ANY company. Abdul was the young gentleman working that afternoon and he knew exactly what I needed and I barely said 2 words. He fixed it in the time it took me to blink. He's magical. LOL Could not thank him enough.”

“I would like to give this Verizon store a round of applause.
I walked in nine minutes before closing, which I honestly felt bad about, but I had just come from a very frustrating experience at another location. From the moment I walked in, I was immediately greeted and my concerns were addressed right away. I was quickly paired with someone who was fully able — and willing — to help me.
There was plenty of staff available, which made a huge difference. No one seemed frustrated or annoyed that I came in so close to closing time. Instead, the associate took his time and made sure everything I asked for was handled properly.
He honored my request to pay for the phone upfront, honored my promotion, had the phone shipped directly to me, and gave me a very clear and detailed breakdown of the pricing differences between the storage options. He even helped me decide which option was best based on how I personally use my phone.
Although he ended up staying about 20 minutes past closing, he never once showed irritation or rushed me — even while I was trying to hurry out so he could get home to his family or wherever he needed to be. His professionalism and attitude truly stood out.
I am very disappointed that I do not recall his name, and I do not see his name listed on my receipt, because he absolutely deserves recognition. I would give him a 10 out of 10 without hesitation. After being a Verizon customer for 22 years, I am extremely grateful for the outstanding customer service I received at this location.”

I think it stems from when I would go with my late mom, who had a stroke, and would literally spend 2+ hours there lol. But like dude, I don't steal. I like to browse. Target has some neat stuff! And my momma takes FOREVER to shop because she loves Target, and Decatur doesn't have one! So she spends her time in there! Lol but bro, please, stop following me.
