“I started coming to this store because it is very rare when they are out of a product. They seem to keep their shelves STOCKED way better than the big store on 529 that constantly has empty shelves like it's a Third-world country. The deli counter is always cooking meals that smell great, too. The other thing I notice is that this store is really clean every time I visit. Kudos to management for doing such a fine job. Too bad 1040 can't have management that cares as much as these guys obviously do!”
“Great ethnic grocery store ranging from Africa to Hispanic foods. Producer is really well selected and a great prices. The offer a huge deli and seafood section as well. I have noticed that they do not have very good soda prices so beware of that.”

“A nice quick stop. But don't expect the same as what is available in a bigger store. It's more like a small grocery store. I love being able to do on my way home from work and pick up what I need grocery wise. I can get in and out quickly. It is so much easier than the bigger Walmart Shipping Centers. And, the smaller store has items that the bigger store does not. I enjoy shopping here.”

“Went here around 9AM on a Thursday to grab some greeting and gift cards. The store was very nicely organized and clean. I was able to find what I needed very quickly. The self-checkout line appeared to be moving quite quickly, but I decided to stick with the traditional "human" experience and waited for a CSR/cashier to check me out. Because I had two people in front of me with a couple dozen items each, the CSR was nice enough to call someone else up to check me out. This other CSR, Sebastian, did not greet nor speak during our three minute transaction... which made things pretty awkward. My favorite part of the whole experience is when he asked me how much I needed on my gift cards by simply lifting up the cards with raised eyebrows. After purchasing my items, I gathered my things said a very polite farewell and Mr. Sebastian didn't even attempt a handwave. Now, usually I would give people the benefit of the doubt... maybe he's selective mute... or maybe he lost his voice and was attempting to let it rest. But seriously?! Not even a handwave? That really worked a nerve for me as I'm a stickler for politeness and respect. Hopefully my next trip will result in a 5 star review.”

“I called this Kroger to ask if they had any sushi grade fish. Mark picked up the phone and related to me that they did not. He said he wasn't academy sure if they did or not, but let me know that since he wasn't sure, the fish was more than likely NOT sushi grade! This was extremely helpful and allowed me to make an informed decision to not purchase any fish for sushi. This is still absolutely my go-to store for grocery shopping, and Mark only reinforced my decision to keep coming here. Thank you!”

Nice young man... helped me on the isle and to my car with the heavy stuff ... he tied and loaded my groceries, so they wouldn't slid out when I opened my truck door.... Was friendly and smiling the whole time! Love this customer service! Kroger Towne Lakes is always clean and well stocked... staff always smiling and willing to help... I like you can pick up household items too!”

“I don't usually review gas stations, but I'll make an exception today. This is the coolest and most convenient gas pump I've ever seen. Interactive and touch screen options, along with the tap to pay, are brilliant, and it made it much more informative than the vapid round of current media you get elsewhere (although that is still an option if you want).
Clean and not busy at 8am on a Wednesday. Loved it!”

“Store was clean, I went there for sliced American Cheese, saw an article where they ranked cheese slices and ALDI came out on top, while I was there bought Chocolate milk and pretzels. All was great. None of the 3 where name brand but worth the trip”
