“Sahib, you did a wonderful job assisting us while my daughter changed her mind several times trying to decide on the right size. Your patience, kindness, and positive attitude made the experience pleasant. My daughter specifically wanted to make sure you knew how much she appreciated your excellent customer service.
Gisselle, on the other hand, your behavior was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. While my daughter was complimenting Sahib’s customer service, you interrupted her with, “We close in five minutes,” accompanied by an unnecessary attitude and facial expressions. Interrupting a customer is inappropriate especially when that customer is praising the service your business provided.
We noticed your unwelcoming attitude shortly after entering the store. My daughter had just come from an event and was happy and giggling, yet you turned around, curled your nose, and made a face toward her. Perhaps you were having a difficult day, but that does not excuse treating customers poorly. Personal frustrations should not be directed toward customers, particularly in a customer service position.
