Transferred from Metro to T-Mobile and Brian made the changed for me smooth and quickly!! Got the S26 for free!!!

Today we went to the Metro Store and the 2 reps. David and Brian were fantastic at their jobs. We are elderly and they showed us respect and patience when purchasing our new phones. Metro is fortunate to have these two outstanding employees.

They called me saying the gave me the wrong phone. Had to go back to the store but Ray processed back a small refund for the inconvenience.
