“Hello' Penske Fans! I recently went to Penske Truck Rental, July 12th weekend. When I called the toll free number the Customer Service people were all kind'. Professional, Interpersonal, and eager to help. Everything was affordable even the insurance. I picked the truck up at a service center from a Home Depot in Lewisville Texas. I like the way they handle things. Especially, because they close by 9:00 pm. I mean really, How convenient is that? Oh, yeah, and get this, They accept Groupons you guys" That's like a hot fudge sundae with a cherry on top. Unfortunately, I have been diagnosed with over 15) disorders and diseases, including Lupus and that weekend that I rented the truck, I was sick the entire time with migraine headaches up to 5) days and got nothing done. No pne could drive the truck because their name was not on the contract. I hope that I can get refunded for the money that I spent and the work that never got done. It is only a matter of medical proof that my statement is true. Due the fact that I am on disability, and I don't get much. I AM REQUESTING A FULL REFUND OR LET'S NEGOTIATE. IT WOULD REALLY HELP, BECAUSE I Have Exhausted my finances. I KNOW YOUR CORPORATE OFFICES UNDERSTAND, because st the end of the day, we are all just human. Since U-Haul let's so many different companies lend out their trucks it's always such a hit or miss trying to find somewhere reliable, but look no further cause this place got everything right!!! “Due to transmission issues with my car I was in the unfortunate position of having to pay for a rental vehicle. My car is under warranty, but the dealer's are all backed up so it will be a week before they can diagnose and determine it is an issue covered under warranty, at which point they will put me in a rental. That being said, Justin, was one the most helpful and genuine rental agents I've ever had to work with. He got me in and out in under 5 minutes. Didn't try to up-sell me on coverage I had already declined and got me out the door as soon as I came in. This location is in a totally random shopping center, but if you're close by and in need of a rental I highly suggest giving them a shot.”

“This location serves at least three purposes:1. Fuel filling station2. Annual state mandated vehicle inspections3. Neighborhood UHaul pick-up/ drop-off point.I visited recently for the annual personal vehicle inspection. No waiting around in the heat on Monday at 9:30 AM. The inspector was competent and confident, even courteous. $21.50 for a personal vehicle. You need proof of insurance or they don't inspect. You pay inside fuel station before they even look at your car, so make sure you have insurance proof prior to spending time in a line. It gets really congested here with the roadwork causing zero access from west side.I've dropped off UHaul trucks at this point before and it turned out to be more hassle than convenience. I'd skip this UHaul point and visit a branded location in Carrollton or Lewisville right off the freeways.”

“This location didn't have the actual truck size we reserved a few days prior. While that was disappointing, Megan did fix the problem by letting us rent a larger truck for the same price. As they say bigger isn't always better and it surely applies in this scenario. We reserved a smaller truck because we didn't need the space but more importantly because we were working out of an apartment complex and the larger trucks can't back into a space without blocking the traffic through the lot. So we had to park perpendicular to parked cars and had to move often to let them out. While the liftgate was a huge plus on the larger truck, it didn't save time due to all the moving to unblock cars. While the overall experience with Budget this time around was more in the middle of the road, Megan's willingness and effort to make things right was really impressive so we're bumping it up a bit. Thank You, Megan!”
