“We went to pick up the truck rental but could not find key, Keenan (employee) who was on his way out stopped and asked us if we needed help. We explained our situation and he went above and beyond to help us! He did not leave until we were situated. He called the GM Treven who also went above and beyond and had a truck for us ready at another location as well as gave us a credit for the inconvenience! “The staff here is excellent. When renting U-Haul products, they generally have what you need in stock, and when they don't, they work hard to get if for you. Too, the people are helpful and knowledgable about all of their rentals (I have been to other locations where the knowledge level is lacking. The facility is clean and the service is completed in a reasonable amount of time.”
“Absolute BEST service I have EVER received from a neighborhood U-Haul dealer. Since U-Haul let's so many different companies lend out their trucks it's always such a hit or miss trying to find somewhere reliable, but look no further cause this place got everything right!!! Jennifer is wayyyy overqualified for her position, she is absolutely AMAZING. BEST customer service. She even came outside with me to get me all set up w the truck and helped me adjust the mirrors. I would go out of my way to use this location again over any other!”

“Due to transmission issues with my car I was in the unfortunate position of having to pay for a rental vehicle. My car is under warranty, but the dealer's are all backed up so it will be a week before they can diagnose and determine it is an issue covered under warranty, at which point they will put me in a rental. That being said, Justin, was one the most helpful and genuine rental agents I've ever had to work with. He got me in and out in under 5 minutes. Didn't try to up-sell me on coverage I had already declined and got me out the door as soon as I came in. This location is in a totally random shopping center, but if you're close by and in need of a rental I highly suggest giving them a shot.”

“This location serves at least three purposes:1. Fuel filling station2. Annual state mandated vehicle inspections3. Neighborhood UHaul pick-up/ drop-off point.I visited recently for the annual personal vehicle inspection. No waiting around in the heat on Monday at 9:30 AM. The inspector was competent and confident, even courteous. $21.50 for a personal vehicle. You need proof of insurance or they don't inspect. You pay inside fuel station before they even look at your car, so make sure you have insurance proof prior to spending time in a line. It gets really congested here with the roadwork causing zero access from west side.I've dropped off UHaul trucks at this point before and it turned out to be more hassle than convenience. I'd skip this UHaul point and visit a branded location in Carrollton or Lewisville right off the freeways.”
