“Been going to Jay's food Mart on Gibbs sprawl road and every time I go there I always have a good time the people that are very nice and also they have a coin pushing machine and a couple of video slot machines in there I like to play every once in awhile just to relax and talk to the people in there and they have great customer service”

I will stop by frequently because it's nice to go places where the staff recognize you and make you feel super welcome. Since I'm nonverbal that matters so much. “My favorite go to for fill ups on gas or Polar Pops. The crew are always friendly and fast. I really enjoy $5 pizza Friday. I pick up my pizza uncooked and take it home to add lots of toppings and cheese, then 15 minutes at 400 degrees for an extra crispy crust. Feeds the four of us with a green salad. Give it a try.”

“Very large selection of wine, beer, hard seltzer etc, a couple of mini-kegs, local craft beer, some ciders even, and liquor. They also have a pizza stand, hot dogs and sausages on rollers, coffee dispenser, cold brew dispenser, other drinks like tea and fountain drinks. A cigar humidor, paper products, snacks, some sundry type stuff, and some frozen food. Pretty good selection of stuff and well organized, clean, and well-marked.”

“These two lady's are awesome. I bought a car wash and found out it was down for maintenance. I came in to see what we could do to correct this. Without hesitation both ladies took care of it for me. I live just around the corner from this store and this is my first time in, it's safe to say that I have now found my corner store”
“Very reasonable prices for a convenience store. They usually have everything I need, including milk and eggs. If you're a smoker, they offer a really impressive discount. I usually always buy a carton of cigarettes, which is about 90 bucks. Buy they have a special deal, if you buy two packs you save $2.80, if you're buying a carton, ask them to ring it up two packs at a time. Yes, it takes a little minute, but you save 10 DOLLARS!! You can't beat that price. The store is clean and well stocked, and with their recent renovations, they have hot food. Even though it's in the opposite direction, I usually need to go, I'm most likely to stop there. Most of the employees are friendly and helpful. It's my fav place for a quick stop.”

Cashiers are friendly and quick to get to you and usually someone is cleaning something everytime we enter the store.Due to the location, be prepared to meet some...interesting people.”

“Don't know her name, but the assistant manager is so friendly and needs to be acknowledged for her customer service it is spot on. I work all the time, so I'm in and out of that store at least once a day, sometimes two, and she is always smiling and cheerful and a very pleasant to interact with. I'm a smoker, and she explains all the prices and deals they are running and the gas isn't too bad..”

“When I do go to this Valero, it's usually after midnight. The store is always neat and clean, and the employees I just adore at that time of the evening. They always have fresh donuts, so I always get my Bear's claw and my Icee. It is a well stocked store and like I said always very clean. I love it there employees are great!”

“German behind the cashier's counter very friendly all right what's right off of the freeway and very tight in that parking lot very tight even for somebody driving a small car but if you're driving a high profile vehicle be careful because you can get pinned in there very easily I saw an RV and a truck when I was there a fifth wheel and I and he had a really really hard time getting in there plus if blocked everybody else that was already in there and we could not leave and for the sake of egress that's a danger to have to watch out for because it right off the access road and a residential street and you know there's really one way in and one way out and if that's blocked by a high profile vehicle you're not going anywhere”

“I was in at 5:30 this morning. There was an older guy, customer, at the counter. He was in there chatting up the staff who were so busy working. I could tell the staff were a bit annoyed with him. But they were so kind to him. He would never know they just wanted him to get what he needed and leave. He seemed to know the staff by name. I was super impressed by their patience with this man. Who knows what he’s really going through in life. Those QT employees on duty put a smile on his face. And seemed to bring him joy this morning. I love the vibe today! Great job guys!!!”

“Attendant very very rude did not want to assist me. I asked how much something was his response was oh I don't know and that was it I asked him to see he grabbed item from me. I'm a rewards member and I asked a question his response oh yeah the rewards program not happy about helping me at all. I really wanted to know about the coupon, then I was looking at something his response was what very rudely as if I was bothering him. I will not be returning to your store ever again the rudeness was not called for”
