“Jamal provided outstanding service on the same day I approached him. I initially went to him to retrieve data from a malfunctioning laptop before sending it in for warranty repairs. To my surprise, while I was backing up my files, Jamal managed to rectify the issue. It's been years since I last encountered hardware problems, and my previous repair contacts had since vanished. I'm now reassured knowing I have a reliable place to turn to. Additionally, I'm considering having him upgrade an older desktop of mine.”

Our intial contacts were because we had a computer or network problem that was disrupting our work and they were able to resolve these every time, which is not always the case with other tech services we used previuosly. Now we rely more on them for their wealth of information on what we can do proactively to improve the functioning our technology. In fact they made a referral for us to resolve a database issue that would have put us out of business that big name companies had no idea how to approach. HIGHLY recommend.”

“One of my employees went to this store where he was able to get help with a refurbished phone that metro PCS had no obligation to assist him with. The manager over the stores name was Fennay and she went out of her way to ensure that a unlocked phone would reliably work for him. This is an experience that merits note worthy praise because I as a a 71 year old have difficulty with electronics and this phone is the one that I sue for every day tasks.”

“I recently contacted quick response, Where I met Isaiah, because my son dropped my Toshiba tablet, cracked my screen, and caused it to not turn on. Isaiah fixed my screen and put all of the intricate parts back together (that had been shaken up due to the drop) back in place. He stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process, and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company for all of your technical needs!!!”
