“In a world where everything is going digital (which I prefer), it's still nice to be able to walk into a bank for in-person service. This location is great! The staff is always friendly and professional. The branch manager Christina Acosta is EXCEPTIONAL. I had two situations that required management intervention, and Christina went waaayyyyy above and beyond to make sure these matters were handled satisfactorily and to conclusion. I went to another SSFCU branch before visiting this Culebra/1604 location but was told that they could not help me. Christina is the only person who actually took the time to listen and look for solutions to address my issues. I have never written a Google review on a bank but I had to give this branch and Christina Acosta a shout out. Thank you!!”

From providing excellent recommendations in starting CDs to encouraging us to obtain our insurance for a small utility vacation trailer that we weren’t renewing. & we did because of her recommendations. Also, she has been so helpful thru my journey that I have been grieving in losing the love of my live my husband Antonio. She’s a superb listener & she has the passion in loving what she does. I have been under so much turmoil that I asked her assistance for obtaining a form thru TMRS so I could get it deposited monthly here at SSFCU.

“Service is up to par ,been a member for over 20 years before this so called merger, only issue I have is there is not a location on my part of town and have to travel 45 mintues to one can use ATM but does not let me take out what I need then have to call and wait for a rep to answer ,most of the time its 8 people waiting ,can't wait and hold line up in ATM”
