He has been a terrific manager, always super helpful, friendly and gives the renter great customer service! Wishing Josh the best of luck at his new Extra Space location in Texas City. The stars aligned today and we were fortunate to meet Adriana. She assisted us with every single detail we needed to know and took us on a tour to find just the perfect unit. Her attitude and general concern for us was outstanding. We hands down selected this property because of her excellent customer care! After touring the available units, I settled on one and couldn’t be happier. The price is competitive with other places but the selling points are the cleanliness of the units, inside and out. It feels safe and secure. Rolling carts and elevators make moving easy and efficient. I would highly recommend.”

“My wife and I rented a storage unit at the Extraspace Storage facility at 24264 Wilderness Oak in San Antonio, for a year. First, I want to thank Alice for the exceptional care she took of me and my wife. She kept us informed of any issues that came up and was always helpful and pleasant (her customer service is top tier). Second, the convenience of being able to access my belongings 24/7 was great because we needed to take things out and put things in a few times and did so without having to wait for a certain time frame. Lastly, the storage facility was always clean and tidy (which is always appreciated). If we ever need a storage or know of anyone who needs a storage we will be using Extraspace.”

“Price to size great. The sensors on elevator are trash thought it was going to eat my arm did not stop, need your elevator checked. The only issue here is if have non first floor
Have to enter very long access code to get into elevator then you have a few seconds to get into elevator touch 2,3 rd floor and cuss like sailor because you didn’t do fast enough so have to exit elevator put long access code again run back into elevator and push what floor this makes me cuss every time going there this is the only downfall. Staff are very informative. There is a pretty hefty admin fee on initial rental and have to buy there special lock and mandatory insurance. So to start here pricey initial month even with discounted internet price. Lower rental rate for monthly climatized but start up cost more expensive then the surrounding storage units for climatized units and I still sweated inside so not sure what they set their climate at. Hopefully the tvs can settle in nicely. The insurance mandatory is basic $12/17. If need more add to plans available. Overall would of given 5 stars but that elevator makes me instant sailor last 2 days”
