The customer service offered was night & day. Paul is hands down one of the best people I’ve ever encountered. Less than 10 minutes of time and my issue (I created) was resolved! & though we may never cross paths again, somehow I feel I gained a friend!I was so impressed with Paul’s character. The greeting he offers when you open the office door, lights up the room, and lets you know he’s there if we need anything (with proven follow through). Moving is hard. This move among others, was even harder. He may not know just how big of an impact he had on me and my day, but I pray this gets back to him! You made a difference Paul. You made a difference! “I normally don’t do reviews but I had to talk about my experience. I cannot say enough good things about Ms. Kelly! I had an issue where I genuinely thought my belongings were lost and I was extremely stressed and frustrated. Ms. Kelly went above and beyond to help me locate my things when she absolutely did not have to. She was patient, kind, and genuinely took the time to help me instead of just giving me a quick answer and sending me on my way. Because of her effort, I was able to find my belongings when I had practically accepted that they were gone. Her customer service and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a stressful situation so much easier.
