“Aldi is a little bazar. Sometimes you find good quality food at great prices. But it’s mixed in with a lot of low quality food at low prices. Sometimes good quality that is a little pricy. Bring your own bags! Or use their box’s.”
“Really busy location, food quality great! Prices are good too, remember to bring your own bags for transport, but also sells bags. Bring a quarter for the carts.”
“Bring a Quarter. Peeled Garlic Bag. Dark Chocolate Pocket Sized At Register! Norwegian Atlantic Salmon Never Frozen / Sourdough Bread / Tikki Massala $10 / 93% Ground Turkey / Chicken Tenderloins (trim muscle tissues). Ground Beef 93% Grass Fed. NO = Peanut Butter Cups.”
“Aldi's is a great choice for groceries, they have most of the essentials for food and drinks. There are some items they don't have, but for someone like myself they have what I really need. And the prices aren't bad and you will pay way less than Walmart here.”
“I witnessed the owner/ guy on the the counter being generous towards a customer (which is a rare sight to behold at such troubled times) and thought of awarding them a 5 star review since they very much deserved it in my eyes! Such people need acknowledgment!”
“Great store. It is not big as HEB, Kroger and similar stores, but it has almost everything I need. Quick check out as well. It is not that much affordable as before the pandemic, but still better prices than competitors.”
“Aldi is always a pleasant place to shop. The store is neat, clean, and well organized every time I visit. I love their selection of products they offer great quality and variety at affordable prices. Shopping there is always quick, easy, and enjoyable.”
“I found everything that I needed for my juicing adventure. Fresh celery, cucumbers, apples, ginger, turmeric, carrots and pineapple, and lemons. And some honey with the hive still in it ? or whatever it's called ? very reasonable price especially compared to the grocery store. I prefer to buy from the farmers”
“I have had the best experience with this plant nursery, which I have been looking for one for a quite a while, so needless to n say this was a breath of fresh air. The plants were in really great condition, owner was knowledgeable and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place over and over again to my closest friends and family.”
“Universal Food International Groceries catered for our wedding. We arranged food for 80 people, however, the amount of food that we received could easily feed 120 people. Biye Bari Chicken roast and spicy beef curry were awesome. Vegetable dish was sneaky good. They also made Shami Kababs on special request. All the food were really good. However, it's the service that stood out most. Ordering process was smooth and they accommodated last minute changes. I would definitely come back to them for future events. I highly recommend them for your upcoming events.”
“I had such a pleasant experience at my local Aldi this week that I felt it deserved a shoutout.
From the moment I walked in, the store was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. The produce looked fresh, shelves were neatly stocked, and I was able to find everything on my list quickly. I really appreciate how efficient the layout is — it makes grocery shopping feel simple instead of overwhelming.
What truly stood out, though, was the cashier. She was incredibly friendly and professional. Even while moving quickly to keep the line flowing (which Aldi cashiers are known for!), she took the time to smile, greet each customer warmly, and handle everyone’s items with care. She struck the perfect balance between speed and kindness.
When I had a quick question about a product, she answered confidently and even pointed me in the right direction for next time. Her positive attitude genuinely made the checkout experience enjoyable. It’s little moments like that — a warm smile, a polite conversation, and efficient service — that turn an ordinary errand into a great customer experience.
Overall, it was a smooth, affordable, and pleasant shopping trip. Aldi continues to impress me not just with its prices, but with its customer service as well. I’ll definitely be back!”
“My Aldi visits are always quick, even when there is a bit of a line. It's clean and organized, the staff are friendly and everything I need is usually in stock.”
“The World’s Greatest Cinnamon Rolls & Kolaches – Sterlings Farmers Market
Located at 5801 San Felipe, Houston, TX 77057, Sterlings Farmers Market is an absolute gem.
The cinnamon rolls are melt-in-your-mouth, sinfully delicious—easily some of the best I’ve ever had.
The kolaches? Unreal. I honestly couldn’t decide between the regular sausage, sausage & cheese, jalapeño sausage & cheese, sausage egg & cheese, or the Polish sausage & cheese.
I finally went with the Polish sausage and the sausage, egg & cheese…
OMG. Both were absolutely incredible. The egg kolache is hands down the best I’ve ever had. The Polish sausage was next level—and I found out it’s sourced from a family-run market on the South Side of Chicago, which explains the flavor.
This is officially my new Saturday breakfast spot.
Had the chance to meet the owner, Pam—super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about the experience.

“Stopped by the other day for their amazing Marinated Fajitas and got so much more! The staff was very friendly! I was able to try their Chicharrones and Guacamole, both were DELICIOUS! I can’t wait for my next visit ♥️”
“I was excited to get back. But, I was overcharged for 2 Almond dark chocolate bars I didn’t take. Melissa the cashier probably made a mistake, over counting. *7239. 478/066/001/029. 12-22-25: 12:24 pm. Thanks”
“I had such a great experience with Lonestar! They have great quality fruit, communicate well and very friendly staff! Even the packaging at pick up was perfect and easy to carry and transfer to a new tray! Trust me, if you ever have an event and need produce you should come here! Everyone at the event was so pleased with the fruit spread I provided! Thank you Lonestar!!”
“Good prices. They don't always have the same thing twice. But it's a fun store to shop in. Bring your own bags. If you need a cart bring a quarter so you can use one.”
“Great business with high quality products, specializing in fresh Mexican produces and healthy food.Phenomenal business with high quality products, its specialties are Mexican vegetables and healthy food.”
“Found so many good deals here today! Went to get frozen eggplant because a friend told me how good it is. Can't wait to make eggplant parmesan in a day or two!”
“First experience was amazing. The mangos were sliced perfectly and delicious. The watermelon and pineapple was good too. I tried to go back twice last week but the truck wasn’t there. Haven’t been able to find it since. It’s a shame really. Nothing like good fresh fruit”
“I want to reply to those who are upset about paying a quarter for a cart. First of all, you get your quarter back. Second, this is one way Aldi keeps prices low.. they don't have to employ enough people to go out and gather carts in the parking lot. Plus your car is safer in the parking lot because there's no errant carts rolling around and hitting your car. Get over it. Aldi Shopping is fun, and this is a great Aldi. You save tons of money.”
“May foods has it all. The new owners have really made some great changes and source even more rare and interesting produce at a fair price as well. I will be coming here moving forward.”

“Stopped by Aldi looking for a few winter-weather essentials and didn’t find exactly what I had in mind thanks to the bare shelves — but I ended up discovering a pleasant surprise instead. I picked up their sparkling apple cider and sparkling white grape juice, even though I’m a die-hard Welch’s loyalist and usually don’t stray from my go-to brands.
To my surprise, both were absolutely delicious and an incredible value for the price. Sometimes the unexpected finds really make the trip worthwhile. Once the weather settles and shelves are fully stocked again, I’ll definitely be back for a repeat purchase — and I’m now open to experimenting with more of Aldi’s lesser-known brands.
Barren shelves aside, this trip was totally worth it”
“Love Aldi, good prices, friendly cashier all the time i went to this store they are super friendly, some ppl that do the stock are very friendly too. They have an area where they have candles and stuff to decorate for any season”
“Blew my radiator in-route from
Nogales so arrived Sunday instead of Saturday. Had me unloaded and out in an hour! No problems. Would have given 5 stars but for the location. Had to drive through tight residential with a lot of traffic. Seems like they're victims of Gentrification! Hate that for them. Really nice folks!”
“A supermarket that offer convenient introduction to anyone interested in Southeast Asian (specializing mainly in Chinese, Korean and Japanese) foods. Decent selections, fresh produce ideal for immediate consumption (within 3 days). Be aware, parking may be congested and chaotic at times.”
