Hard to come to this location and it's 2:00 pm already close, they supposedly close @ 4 pm it's not a joke when people says is one of the worse locations around Houston.

USPS should close this location. I have yet to go during business hours to find anyone there (including yesterday, 7/9/2025 @ 1:30PM). The doors are open, but no one there and no signs to indicate someone will be back.

Terrible customer service . The guy that attended was so rude . I couldn’t get his name but it started with C . My mom was on a call and he told her to hang out because it was “rude for him “. Not sure what is going on his life but he shouldn’t treat people like that
