They are compassionate and quickly let me know when I needed to elevate my Annabelle's care to another clinic for certain tests. Annabelle, my senior kitty, unfortunately had to be put down. But the care and compassion of Dr. Einck and her nurses led me down the right path to help Annabelle have a dignified passing.
Where I had been to a different vet previously who had shocking apathy for my concerns and in the way they handled my best friend of 15 years, I came to Well Pet and the difference was day and night. This team was excellent and I will forever be grateful to them.

2902 Montgomery Rd, HuntsvilleDr Duvall and his staff are always top notch I had to make a difficult decision yesterday, and his staff sat with me while I cried. It was such compassion I had never been shown before from a vet clinic. For this reason I will never take my fur babies anywhere else. He explains everything in great detail your babies will always be in good hands. They also have many affordable options to pay.
I wanted to say again how much I appreciated your staff yesterday I didnt get her name, but she made the day a little easier just handing me kleenex and taking time out of her day to sit with me. Oh and allowing me the printed card of my babies foot print and face, and some of her fur. I will never forget her. You dont see this everyday anymore its important dont ever lose that type of compassion ❤️

She immediately greeted and sat us, took our order, then made our food–which tasted amazing. We were in and out while receiving excellent service!
