I walked in and met Jag first, he greeted me with a smile and showed me around for a bit. He then handed me over to a young lady who took great care of me. First, you’re supporting an adoption center, and that money goes toward helping and feeding other cats in need. That alone made it worth it for me.
Second, we received a beautiful, sweet cat who was already spayed and well cared for. That saves you time, money, and worry.We only changed her name -Toffee❤️❤️❤️
The ladies working there were incredibly helpful, kind, and truly passionate about what they do. You can tell they really care about the animals.

Lauren is our fur baby’s groomer and she is absolutely amazing at what she does!!! Also, our baby became a Tri-pod (front leg amputee) a year ago, they welcomed him back with loving arms - Paw Wow has been so accommodating. Lauren is always so kind, personable and patient. We don’t trust any other salon! We love Paw Wow, and will continue to be returning customers.

We usually have someone stay at our house with our dog but he’d had several seizures recently and we wanted to make sure he had someone around most of the day. We boarded him in March and I was not impressed with that place but it was short notice and they were the only one available. A friend of mine recommended Jenny Sue’s, we stopped in one day and asked for a tour. They had no problem showing us around on the spot. We liked what we saw and loved that our dog was able to have play time that was included with his boarding costs. He was so worn out when we picked him up, that right there is a sign he had a good time. From the time we dropped him off until the time we picked him up I have been very impressed with everyone here. They didn’t nickel and dime you for certain things. They were upfront and told us the cost and all involved. Thank you all so much for taking great care of Cooper, we appreciate all of you!

I was greeted with kindness, she took an interest in my dogs and we shared stories. Sarah was very knowledgeable and didn't make me feel dumb or bad for feeding an (apparently) not the best food. I didnt feel judged at all, instead she gave me great ideas and recommendation to enrich my dogs food on my budget. Let's be real, we all want the best for our dogs but sometimes money only allows so much, she understood that. My husband was eager to get out since we only sung in to kill time before a brunch but in the 15 minutes I was in the store, I could tell Sarah took a genuine interest in her job and loves dogs. I think I scared her when I asked for the business card of her owner and to write her name on it. Joke was on me, she already had some prepared for customers. This girl is ON IT. I will definitely be back to spoil our babies Biscuit and Gravy.

16277 Plaster Cir, ConroeA++++ Mike and his wife are awesome. We took our new rescue Cash a 14m Rottweiler here for training initially. I selected Voraussehen initially over some of the other trainers due to his deep training and breeding experience with Rottweilers and now German Malinios. Not only did Mike let us visit during training but preferred it while others wouldn’t let us visit during the training. Mike was the same cost or maybe lower than other trainers and kept 3 weeks rather than two. After training was over I still keep in touch with Mike for follow up questions and he reached out to make sure our dog was still moving forward and maintaining his training progress. I have also learned a lot from Mike with regards to food preference, and health guidance. Simply put Mike was awesome and truly cares for not only every animal he trains but his customers in general. We have had our dog back for boarding since and received him back clean with a fresh bath and brush. We already have scheduled for boarding with our next vacation as well.

Almost Home Pet Retreat & Doggie Day Care
12660 FM1314, ConroeI was working in Conroe and had my Dakota go to the Doggie Day Care for 3 days. She is nervous Aussie and takes time to adjust. Kacey was so great giving me a full update on her first day. I recently had surgery and have a few limitations. My 33lb can definitely pull when she wants to go somewhere like the car. The staff was wonderful and walked her to the car for me since she gets rather excited when leaving. By the 3rd day, I almost had to get someone from the staff to bring her in. She had a wonderful time and was exhausted. She sleep the 1 1/5 drive home in traffic and past out at home. Happy tired pup makes a happy mom! Definitely coming back!

She provided us with a wealth of information and resources. Homework between sessions was doable and easy to do. Her experience working in shelters made her the perfect fit for our situation. She is professional and responds quickly to any concerns. I cannot say enough good things about her. She made us better parents not just for our dog, but our kitten too. 2920 Jeffcote Rd, ConroeIt has been a long time since I've used this kennel, but I have nothing but great memories of talking with Mr. Schomer, who has helped me with two different dogs I've had over the years. Schomer is located near Conroe. Despite living in Southwest Houston, I felt this kennel was worth the drive for the services I used.The first time I used his services was back in 1998, with my boxer/pitbull mix named Bailey. Bailey was a jackass before introduced to Schomer. I was told it would take about a month, and given the reasonable fee structure at the time. As we approached the end of the month he was there, I got a call with an update from Mr. Schomer who told me about Bailey's progress. While my dog had definitely made some accomplishments, Schomer felt I would be happier if he kept him for another month. This was not a negative thing AT ALL. Read the second sentence of this paragraph again. In fact, Schomer insisted that I come up to see how things were going for myself. We watched from indoors as Schomer brought Bailey out and demonstrated the newly learned behaviors. I was in tears and absolutely amazed. Once Bailey graduated from the program after the second month, he truly was a different dog. He went from being a problem child to being an obedient dog.As a bonus, my smaller dog, Noah (English pointer), had picked up on Bailey's training and began mimicking Bailey. I had very good success walking Bailey and maintaining control around other dogs. Interestingly, Noah did not require a leash moving forward and became an even more amazing dog.Fast forward later in Noah's life to 2012, I had moved to the Woodlands and it became more convenient to use this kennel for boarding. There were some times I was traveling extensively and had turned to Schomer for help. Noah was much older at this time, and Schomer was very helpful in diagnosing an issue for me.Thank you, Mr. Schomer for your services. The mashed potatoes were a standout as well—creamy, rich, and far from the typical dry, uninspired variety you often get. To complement the meal, I had a Woodford Old Fashioned, which was perfectly balanced and a great pairing.
Our server, Bryan, was knowledgeable, friendly, and had good energy.
Other people in my party ordered the Redfish Florentine (loved it), Jumbo Shrimp dinner (loved it and had plenty to take home), a spritz drink and a margarita (both great).
We also got to meet the beer in the face manager guy. He was friendly and has become a local celebrity.
