“T-mobile is the best service provider we've ever use. Way better than Verizon or AT&T. Not just the commitment to providing the best service at the best rates, but also for the exceptional customer service. My phone was giving me problems. A SIM card issue Michelle told us to bring it in and we will geta new one no at charge. When we came back with my phone Omar helped us. He was very pleasant and personable. It was New Year's Eve about 1 hour til closing. He was patient and generally happy to help us. I was supposed to get a digital SIM card, but my phone model didn't have that capability. I was not charged for the new one. We talked and joked a bit. Very pleasant experience.Thank you for your time,Ray D.”

“Have had a rough year with carriers getting a good product for not too expensive. Most places never take accountability then just say sorry, instead of “I never said that”; not the case here?This store is clean, the manager is hands on/helpful, knows her stuff and very nice. Staff was highly trained Cat/Kat and Michael have helped me convert my business account and WiFi over to t mobile. Porting was easy got two line and two hotspots, love this store, great sense of humor and am a happy customer. This is the best customer service store I’ve been to honestly, the others have been a nightmare.*Update. Had an issue and called customer service, not the best 3 hour experience but when I came in the store Ingred helped me lower my bill and explained costs, very glad to be a customer will be porting over my other business lines soon. 10/10 These people actually give af.”

“I have been a TMobile customer for MANY years and felt the need to post this review of the Pflugerville location, specifically the young man that helped me. I also called the store today as well hoping to speak to the manager but he/she was not available at the time. William helped me when I took my new phone in to get it set up this week. He was so professional, yet personable. He was efficient in his process, knowledgeable and patient with all the questions I asked. He also wanted to make sure everythig was up and running on my phone and my watch before I left the store. Kudos to William! If you go into this location and need help, ask for him! Or if you see him while you are in there, tell him to keep up the great job!”

“Dani and Kellz really came through for me last week! I went in with a phone that decided it was done, and I was pretty distraught since I'm a medical courier and delivery driver. I NEED my phone to function to be successful in my careers. Dani worked on my phone, doing everything possible to get it to work again, but it was done, and I needed something RIGHT THEN, or I couldn't do my jobs. Kellz stepped in and they both made sure I had a new phone AND Wi-Fi before I walked out of the store!! Really saved me in a serious time of need!! Can't thank those 2 enough!! ????”

“This store is almost as good at arrogance, disrespect, and dismissal as the Apple Store at the Arboretum. They don't have a Genius Bar. They have a self proclaimed genius. Who is as hard to deal with as the Apple Genius Bar in the Arboretum. He will say he listened to what I said. I taught middle school students and he listened like a mouthy 7th grader. I actually went to talk to Verizon and they practice bait and switch shamelessly. PS. The Apple Store in Ann Arbor, Michigan was gracious, courteous, and helpful. I had to go there to get someone to help with my laptop.”

“I think the girls who work in this little shack do an outstanding job. They are very knowledgeable and pleasant. They definitely are the main reason I am sticking with Boost Mobile. The corporate customer service is so frustrating to work with... they eventually get it right, but the wait on the phone, getting transferred so many times including to numbers that aren't in service, and having to call 6 or 7 times to get it resolved make a customer want to go to a different phone service. This local customer visit service saves them.”

I called their support line, and they put in a ticket to have a technician come diagnose the issue. Although I expected a significant wait time, they were able to send someone over within two days. Al, the service technician, was extremely responsive and helpful. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience.”

“So glad we met Kurt Geib at Astound. Our customer service call center is strictly VoIP. Before Kurt, we had poor call quality and unresponsive CRM software. Our staff dreaded coming in to work on rainy days when it was the worst. After Kurt, we haven’t had a single complaint. I personally work from a laptop and have stopped using our office WiFi because even our wireless router (from another provider) has problems and those go away completely when I plug directly into our Astound route.”
