“Overall not a terrible experience, but a little more direction from the individual directing cars coming in would be good. The lines were backed up to the entrance and he kept staring down at his phone and just waving people to the right. Then a large SUV comes and can hardly get in, I ended up moving my rental to a lane further to the right after he finally looked up and realized people could go further over.”

“I was dreading this rental because of the anticipated crowds but Enterprise did an OUTSTANDING job with the rental and the return. We pulled into the lot and they had a designated drop off area. They had a tent with chairs, and with cold drinks and snacks. We got there at a good time and did not need those but I was so impressed at Enterprises preparation. Of course the staffing was plentiful but also so friendly and efficient. Return was just as impressive with the quick processing because of the manpower. The flow was constant but the personal kept up easily, Even the shuttles were plentiful. Nothing bad happened in spite of the volume of business and that speaks volumes for the planning and work that put into the event (eclipse). Great job!”

“I rented unit 916, the black Mercedes van, for my family road trip around the Four Corners States (New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, and Colorado) and it was AWESOME!! The van was very comfortable and nicely maintained. We met with Jeff and he had the van ready and showed us how to use everything and he answered all of my questions, although I figured out on the way home from our trip that the rear captain seats can spin around but it wasn't a big deal. The van ran great and had zero problems during our trip. So overall it was a great rental experience and I will definitely be calling them again for our next vacation road trip. Thank you!!!”

“Not sure about the most recent 1 star reviews, but I had a great experience renting with AVR. I booked an SUV for myself and 4 people and they brought the car to me to the rental car center. Although I already pre-checked in online (took a picture of my driver's license and sign the rental agreement), I still had to go to rental place to do the vehicle inspection, which I don't know why I couldn't do it on the spot. The driver said I had to go back so I just followed what he said.
When it came time to return the car, I had to return it for 10am, as our flight was at 12pm. But due to circumstances beyond my control, we had to take the evening flight at 6pm. So I called the rental center asking for an extension and would pay any fees associated and they said they will be closing early because of the holiday. So they said you can keep it until whenever you need it, at no extra cost and they gave me specific instructions on where to drop it off, so they can retrieve it in the morning. So I appreciated that.
The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because at the time of pickup, the car had no gas and their reasoning was their company issued gas cards weren't working, which was fine because there were a few gas stations less than 5 minutes drive.
Overall, I was very happy with my experience with AVR. The staff were friendly and I'll definitely rent with them in the future.”
“Weather cancelled flights at DFW and car rental options low. A Budget rep on the phone secured me a car from this location and the young man there upgraded me when the car id booked wasn’t available. One of the young men’s name is Vincent. Both were sooo helpful! Saved my trip and made me a Budget fan- thank you! Excellent customer service!”

“I was in DFW on the 31st of January... the first day of the snow storm, I had a rental from another company that refused to send me the shuttle due to weather conditions ... so I ended up at ACE car rental, who gave me a very competitive deal although it was a super short notice, and within 20 minutes I was in my rental !!! Dominique is a super star !!! cannot thank her enough , she helped me out although I just showed up and did not have a previous reservation,... everything went so smooth and I had a wonderful experience, next time i visit Dallas I know where to go and who should I see, thank you so much Dominique !!”
