Customers can choose a pickup time that works for them, check in with the app, and have trained associates bring the groceries to their car. SNAP EBT cards are accepted. Drone deliveries are available for free within five miles. Experiences with customer service vary. Some report the best service at customer support counters, with very good assistance even after official closure. Specific employees in departments like electronics have been noted as helpful, kind, patient, professional, and dedicated. I have been doing Spark at this specific location for some time now and literally every associate that handles the spark shoppers in the self check out lane has been very nice, patient, and extremely friendly… especially Swapna and Reena! But all of them is amazing. Keep up the good work Walmart on hiring amazing employees!
