“Every time we go in for supplies for our parrots, rabbit and pups, they have what we need at good prices. We've never had a disappointing experience. I looked all over for bird mite treatment, and Pet Supermarket had it in stock. I discovered that they have a nice selection of bird toys that happened to be 25% off so I stocked up. The nicest folks, too. We never go to the other pet supply chain stores anymore.”
“The cats were cared for in a very clean and caring environment. The staff were sensitive to their individual needs. Updates by email were every 3 days. That was sufficient for us though it may not be for some owners.”

“They are nice cute but really expensive like the cheapest one is for almost 400 dollars so if ur on a tight budget please don't go there like me and they only show u the frount part not the nursing part the ones they show u are like 10 to 15 parrots and I don't say I don't like the place it's good but not for tight budget the staff was friendly and very nice like it and did not buy anything because I'm on a tight budget like 200-250 dollars”
“We have been getting our golden retriever and goldendoodle groomed here with Chris for almost 2 years now and he NEVER disappoints! The boys always look so well groomed and taken care of, he’s in constant communication with us and booking is easy. Highly recommend!! This place is amazing!!”

“I have used them in the past. Took my dog there for a cut and bath today it was all bad. A different person did his cut, the lady did not listen when I came in and she cut all the hair off his tail. She did not trim his ears like I asked. She did not read the regular groomers notes and did whatever she wanted. They did refund the cut but my baby hair on his tail is gone. 8yrs of growing his tail gone. The front part of him looks like they didn’t even bathe him or try to clean or cut him. I am so upset about this. He is a Pekingese and his tail was a staple in his pictures now it is gone. No amount of refunds or free baths can make up for this. I now need to find a new grooming service. Any recommendations?03/11/2024 UPDATE: I returned today to find that the service was impeccable and very much like I remembered. “Very clean. Employees are friendly and very helpful. They have a nice area for dog washing (do it yourself), large variety of pet supplies for many species and have live animals for sale as well. There was a kitten, various birds, snake, geckos, tarantula, fish etc.
They carry healthy foods for your dog! I felt like I'd walked into a health food store. Seriously, the dog treats are healthier than most foods we (humans) consume!
There are many different toys and chewies for dogs. Creative and innovative trays and toy-type things to put peanut butter, squashed bananas etc in - that can go in the freezer so it will take your puppy or dog longer to get it all.
You can find carriers and beds as well. There shelving is not crowded - which is nice when you have your pet with and there are others in the same aisle.”

“I've always been pensive about groomers since you hear so many bad stories or experiences from pet owners, but I'm so glad I decided to bring my dog to Martha here at Precious and Snoopy Pet Salon. I did my research and called many places around the NW Houston area and this was the one place that was booked out pretty far for appointments. That is generally a great sign for a business!Martha from start to finish is very clear on communicating and giving her professional opinion for her customers. I felt reassurance immediately that my dog would be safe and also be given the best care one could ask for and expect. I know it can be scary to drop off your beloved pet to a stranger and I can confirm for you that these folks are trustworthy and caring.I took much initiative to train and discipline my 5 month old Pomeranian, Peaches, before her first groomer visit as I wanted to make sure both parties would have a positive experience. Needless to say in the promised time window, via both text and phone call, the salon let me know my pet was ready.Upon dropping her off and picking her up, I could tell how delighted both Martha and my puppy were. She did a fantastic job that exceeded expectations!!! It seemed Peaches had so much fun with the salon she wasn't ready to leave! Martha has a 2yr old Pomeranian there named Helen and they had become friends.I was so thrilled and as I was checking out I noticed even some of the earlier dogs that got dropped off were also very neatly clean and cut with huge smiles on their faces. It is very impressive what devoted and confident groomers can do for your pet and I'm so glad I found this business. Thank you Martha and company and I look forward to bringing you more business soon.”

“I’ve come here to buy mice for my ball python for the past 9ish months since she was a baby, they have helped me decide what size mice to get as she’s grown and given me tips for keeping my ball python healthy and happy. Mice are always in stock and definitely in good condition and I’ve only ever had one die before feeding, definitely a one off. I haven’t bought any other animals but looking around the store the birds, fish, dogs, and lil rodents always look healthy and don’t smell at all despite what some reviews are saying.”
“I haven’t had a problem with PetSmart until now. I scheduled an appointment with the groomer Rico and when I got yo PetSmart Rico told me he couldn’t groom my puppy because I didn’t have his paperwork with me. The guy I spoke with Bruce failed to update that my puppy had his shots so I wasted my time bringing him. A total waste of time!!! Do not waste your time here. They will not own their mistakes and inconvenience the client. If I could give them a zero I would.
I wanted to update this review to 4 stars. Emily the manager at PetSmart really went above and beyond in making the situation right. She was truly a Rock Star. She even gave a 15% discount for the inconvenience and owned it that PetSmart dropped the ball with imputing the date. That was huge for me. When companies can own their mistakes and make it right it’s good for business. I will be bringing Zeno back for grooming. Thank you Emily for an amazing job and if your supervisors are reading this they should give you a raise!”

“I started coming here when we got our Sashi gurl 3 years ago. Everyone is incredibly nice and professional! The groomers are awesome and our Sasha loves her some Donald! They have everything your fur babies need and always say hello when you walk in. They even yell it from the front as your coming in the back entrance. It's such a positive and fun atmosphere, you just want to hang out and let your doggo walk around and sniff everything. The front counter always gets me in trouble as they have a lot of delicacies to where I just feel compelled to add to the cart. Heck, some of those cakes and cookies look good enough for the human parents to eat!! Just a wonderful place all around. Not enough stars on here to rate how I feel about Carters!”
“We came in to get a new harness. Our dog is a tough fit. I wish I got her name, but an employee helped us on and off for probably thirty minutes. She was fantastic. We left with a great harness and a happy pup.”
