It’s so frustrating relocating, having to get movers, find the right area, price and get a storage. Patricia makes the stress just go away. Her kind words of diffusing the chaos and making the move in simplified is greatly appreciated. Very clean units and property. Thank you Extra Space for having a person like Patricia here to make the stress manageable. She really is very caring. In a world like today we need more people like her around!”

“Mrs Mary, was very pleasant to work with. Although I wasn’t able to find a unit that fit my needs at her location, she went out of her way to find a different extra space storage location that did. A completely different experience from 1050 Britmore location. I’ve always been a fan of extra space storage, however, after the experience I had with the representative at the Britmore location, I was going to walk away from extra space storage altogether. However, I’m glad that I came to this location and I met Miss Mary and she helped me find another location that worked.”
“This location has amazing staff. Talk to the manager Tyler and she was very helpful, but the gem of this place is Diana. Diana was very helpful got the forms ready for me to get the lock cut out and sold me a new one which was reasonably priced. She kept me informed of the process and was nice all day even when she had to be in the scorching hot.

“It is nice to be able to wake up on a Sunday morning, decide you need to make some space in your apartment, and set up a storage facility completely online.
Everything is clean and ready to go. The app makes gate and door access really easy. Each new space has a lock that is ready to go.
One of the elevators is currently broken, so I definitely got my steps in this morning.”

I had a 10 foot unit for over a year, and they actively reached out to see if they could find me a better deal once I informed them I had it almost empty but would need it a few more months. Very much appreciated. I just cleared out today, easy process, if I need a storage unit any time soon I'll be back! Seriously, I know it seems over the top to write a review about storage, but the process COULD have been annoying, and it was the opposite, completely painless. Seriously appreciate it.”
