“Great hotel to stay at. The rooms are nice. The place is maintained. But what really sets this place apart is the staff. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and courteous. The manager, assistant manager, clerks and housekeeping. I will stay here again when I return. The store for snacks and drinks has a good selection and reasonable prices.”

“I just wanted to take a moment to thank the entire staff of the hotel. I came here right after the hurricane and was a slight bit panicked. The first person I encountered was Fom. He was very friendly and reassuring about getting me all settled. He really was friendly and professional under pressure. I can say that every staff member I have interacted with has been friendly. This experience was amazing under some tough circumstances. Kudos to all of the front desk staff here.

Safety: Very safe and quiet. Noise level managed as well.

“The TV was missing 10% of it's picture, the remote was a remote for a satellite provider which meant you could not use Chromecast to watch from your phone. I asked for someone to come up to see if they could help. They just said it can't be done. I do expect more from Hyatt.”

“The room was magnificent! The cleanliness and decor were on point. Other hotels should follow their lead and use all white linens, including comforters and laminate for the floors that can be easily mopped and sanitized. I took off a point for the service because my TV didn't work and it took a long time for them to finally agree to give me another room instead of "waiting for a call from DirectTV". Good luck with that..LOL Also, they should hire a friendlier person for the front desk. At check out I was standing right in front of her while she looked at her phone for a ridiculous amount of time. I just gave up and walked away. HELLO this is America! We want our fake pasted on smile and ridiculously cheery voice. Get with the plan. Overall, I definitely recommend this hotel.”

“We’ve been traveling lately with our two dogs and to keep from spending over $200/nt we’ve been staying in pet friendly budget hotels. This hotel was probably the best budget hotel we’ve ever stayed. We had a problem in our first room with a slight smell but they were very accommodating in moving us with no question. The room was very clean and comfortable and we liked that there were hard floors. Pretty decent free breakfast too”

“I had a GREAT STAY! Staff was great! Rooms were nice, spacious and clean. I am looking forward to returning to this hotel. I felt very comfortable. My needs were met. Staff were very accommodating to my needs. I would highly recommend this place to stay. Prices were very reasonable and affordable. I can’t wait for my next visit with them.❤️❤️❤️Rooms: My room was great with a big nice window view. I was absolutely satisfied with my everything and everyone.Nearby activities: There were lots of things to do in close proximity.Safety: My Safety was secure! “The people here are very friendly but chill. They are pet friendly too. Even the other guests were great. The hotel has seen better days, and could use some more upkeep. But the lobby is a cool hangout with a pool table and the decor is unique. The shower water could get super hot, and the bed was super comfortable.”

“We stayed one night due to my son's basketball game. The room appeared nice, spacious, with a comfortable mattress and a large bathroom; we particularly admired their mirror. The swimming pool, however, is quite small, likely accommodating around six adults. While the breakfast items were tasty, the replenishment rate was slow, resulting in a 10-15 minute wait, which we hope will see improvement. Regarding the location, numerous construction projects caused significant traffic congestion.Rooms: I have reserved two queen beds; they are very nice, spacious, with elegant decor. They also feature numerous USB outlets for connecting devices, etc. Additionally, there is a computer desk, and the curtains provide sufficient darkness for sleep.”

“Not a great spot if you’ve got kids, but if you’re a solo traveler looking to save some cash, it’s pretty decent. It's cheap and clean. Just a heads up though, some folks smoke weed around here, and you can definitely catch a whiff of it while you're walking around. Their wifi sucks, you can get Xfinity wireless for 10usd /months.”
