“We went to Bass Pro in Katy to look at archery equipment. Angel the sales associate was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He taught us everything we needed to know about all the different types of bows, arrows, accessories. He helped us make an informed educated decision on what items to purchase. We were very impressed and thankful for all his help. We bought a lot of items because of Angel. We also got a large target. it was Christmas Eve. And we didn't feel rushed or pushed. He focused on us as the customers and helped make Christmas better. He exudes what customer service should be.”

“I had recently gotten back into billiards after about a 20 year hiatus. Daren took the time to get me up to speed on all the newer types of cues, tips, etc. His one-on-one service (and professionalism) was what sealed the deal on several items I needed. I came back a few weeks later in need of a particular Kamui tip. I gotta say- I was impressed with the selection he brought out.

“I practice at CricBase a few times a week with my brother and team members. I love going there after work to burn some calories and destress. The facility is very well maintained and the team is super friendly. It's a great place to socialize with other cricket/baseball lovers. The management hosted watch parties during the Cricket World Cup this year and served breakfast, which I think was a great initiative to bring the cricket fans together so they can have a good time. I highly recommend this place.”

The Fanzz is always up to date on products like kits, cleats, etc, it's family run which is awesome and they really care about customers and will engage you in footy know how that only the shop can provide. “I love going into this store! Not going to lie, sometimes I feel like it’s the devil (they are always trying to give you a shopping bag lol!) but they have so many hidden gems. It’s better than me paying retail price online. I check at this location only because I know for a fact they would have it. Customer service is top tier, not only that, but product knowledge is amazing. You can tell the leadership invests in their team! It was never a time I went into the store and the team was talking amongst themselves. They are always walking around greeting and helping customers. I know some customers don’t like it, but I love it.

“This place has not only great work, but also amazing customer service! I had the craziest week and wasn’t able to pick up the soccer uniforms for my daughter’s team in time before they closed for the weekend. I didn’t know what to do. The team not only had a game on Saturday but it was also picture day. I reached out to them via Facebook Messenger and explained my situation. One of the employees came to the store to give me the uniforms and I got the uniforms in time for the pictures and the game. This was absolutely above and beyond the call-of-duty. I cannot be believe the lengths that they went to help me out. I am a new customer but also a customer for life. This place is a true gem ?”

If you are shopping here check the tag on the item you are purchasing... not what is stated on a hanger. You'll end up with several returns. Very frustrating. The staff is always super friendly. The manager was very kind and apologetic. I typically wouldn't post anything negative but this has happened several times and to several people I know as well.”
“I had a return and the clerk was chilled about it. She made the process smooth and easy. The only complaint was I have to wait until they receive my return from the stores fed ex to get my money. But it's not the stores fault it's the company. The skies I purchased were not my style when I received them”
“No O/N parking. Right turn onto PrimeWest from Franz Rd is tight. Truck entrance is the 4th driveway down on the right. Live Load/Unload is Lane 3 to the left of yellow median. Check in is fast and simple. Stop at the line and guard will come to you. I arrive 30 min before my appt. Got right into dock. Unloaded fairly quick. Receiving staff are courteous and have a sense of urgency, which is wonderful.”

I went back to the store to find myself a better option. The worker named Paxton really took his time explaining to me the benefits of stability shoes since I had an arch and being patient with me as I tried different options on. I learned a good amount from him in that short time. He is the reason I’m giving this place 5 stars.”
