“Came in 15 minutes before closing and needed to do several tasks that I knew would take about an hour or longer to complete. Their reps at the front happily directed me to a private representative, Vickie, who was amazing. She was (i) time efficient, (ii) very friendly (and didn’t push me to do things the way Chase might suggest) with great customer service, (iii) excellent to work with. She deserves a raise! Vickie clearly put my (the customer’s) needs above her own, as she stayed late and offered to help when she didn’t have to well after the branch closed. She made sure my requests were handled swiftly, while still being very thorough. She didn’t flinch when I asked her, a couple times, to help do “one more thing” after she had already completed and closed out the tasks I had originally come to the bank to complete. It is rare to find people with an attitude favoring the customer like Vickie does, and the Chase branch as a whole at this location seemed to have the same customer-first orientation, even if it meant sticking around past the close to help a customer in need. This is why I stick with Chase! Thank you, Vickie!”

Fernanda Sommerville called us to let us know that someone was at the bank trying to cash a large fraudulent check on our account right before the bank closed. She recognized the check as a fake. She then made sure our accounts were protected until we could meet with her the next day. She walked us through all necessary step to protect our money. Fernanda was extremely professional, thorough and knowledgeable making sure she covered everything.
