That this is a great restaurant I've no other complaint

The staff is personable - Autumn, Megan, Oksana, etc. - if you remember them? They'll remember you!
Seriously, our drinks are ready before we settle into a seat. Regulars welcome new faces (if you behave... leave your fight club & drama at home).
Our college kids even enjoy hanging out with us here.
The bands are great. The events (granted, we bring the Naughty Santa every December) are fun.
It took a while (maybe a few months) to make this our home hangout, but after trying out other venues, nothing within 20 miles has the character (or characterS) that The Pour Shack does.

I do suggest corporate do a cost analysis on their napkins. They might find they spend less in the long run with a better quality. We went through a lot just because they were so thin and minimally absorbent.
