He made eye contact and helped me within 10 minutes...along with 7 other customers that happen to come in at the same time on a Sunday afternoon! I let him know that I need the phone line updated for my data because I was being overcharged and he did it, with just my phone number. I received the email confirmation and was at the door. I forgot to mention he even went to go find the third employee who came out to me directly and informed me that he wanted to help...But he had another customer first and I said, no problem, that I was willing to wait 20 minutes and I had my timer set.
