“I had a fantastic experience renting from Budget Car Rental, largely thanks to Asad. When I needed to extend my reservation at the last minute, he went out of his way to adjust my dates and found me the lowest possible price for the extension — no hassle, no upselling, just genuine help. On top of that, he upgraded my car to a better model at no extra cost, which was a really pleasant surprise.
What stood out most was how smooth and stress-free the entire process was. Asad handled everything efficiently and made sure I didn’t have to jump through hoops or spend extra time sorting things out myself. His friendly attitude and willingness to go above and beyond made a real difference in my rental experience.
I’ll definitely be requesting Asad again next time I rent from Budget, and I’d recommend asking for him if you’re looking for excellent, no-stress service. Highly recommend this location!”

“My first day in Texas and my truck got hit. These guys did everything they could to get me into a rental. I had a previous do not rent from Illinois after making a smaller than a dime spot on a car bumper. The manager did some magic after I showed him the picture and got me into a rental. Put me in a full-size rebel ram. Him and his staff were amazing. The level of customer service I received that day and others went above and beyond my expectations. The entire rental process was extremely smooth. The owner was very friendly and provided outstanding customer service. He explained everything clearly and even walked me to the vehicle. I also received a complimentary upgrade to an almost-new Chevrolet SUV, which was clean and drove great.
The return process was just as quick and easy. I was impressed to learn that this is a family-run location, and their care for customers truly shows. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend this Avis location.”

Today I had the pleasure of meeting the new manager, Mark, whom I have met previously at his last location. He didn't remember me, but he somehow managed to exceed my expectations and provide even greater service than he did during our first encounter. I won't go into detail, but Mark went out of his way and really made a difference for me today. I had forgotten a very important personal item in one of the vehicles, and he was extremely professional and kind enough to notify me. Thanks for everything you do Mark. “Javonte is the man!!! He was so open and honest about an online rental I made for a large SUV which I needed to have first thing in the morning (like 7am sharp), and he was willing to call their distribution center, call me back, then contact his counterpart at the 2401 Stemmons Fwy location and secured a large Full-Size SUV for me that was being returned to the other AVIS that afternoon, then he called me back again to confirm that it would be waiting there for me to pick-up at 7am the next day. Talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE, which is pretty dang near dead in this country, but Javonte stepped up and delivered big time and saved the day! Thank you Javonte!”

“Gerard at the Plano location and Herman at the Grapevine location were extremely friendly and helpful. Gerard put me in a very nice Pathfinder for slightly more when he didn't have any midsized cars per my reservation. Herman offered me a discount on my next rental when they didn't have someone available to take me to the dealership to pick up my own car.”

“I found a good SUV and a good price for one week while our car was in the shop from this location. The vehicle had a few minor issues but Morgan the manager was extremely helpful and took care of me and I will definitely rent from here again. Also Morgan had an excellent report with her staff; it was obvious everybody there gets along which is refreshing to see .”
“10 stars for customer service. Blake has been phenomenal. Kept me updated on my reservation throughout the process. The cars aren’t perfect - example we had one with smoke odor - but Blake worked with me getting it exchanged, and making every process as easy as possible.
Blake is an exceptional employee who really goes above and beyond. He runs the place by himself and is still able to provide high quality customer service as if he owns the business.
I would return here even if the cars aren’t perfect.”

“I rented a care July 24 - July 31. I could not ask for a better experience! I reserved the car online and when I got to Budget, there was a duplicate paid rental. Justin was very helpful, he showed me the number to call, the reference number to give them and was overall - very courteous and helpful! My car was ready - I just needed to give him my driver’s license and I was gone. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The return was even easier! I will be renting from this location again when I need a car.”

“Due to transmission issues with my car I was in the unfortunate position of having to pay for a rental vehicle. My car is under warranty, but the dealer's are all backed up so it will be a week before they can diagnose and determine it is an issue covered under warranty, at which point they will put me in a rental. That being said, Justin, was one the most helpful and genuine rental agents I've ever had to work with. He got me in and out in under 5 minutes. Didn't try to up-sell me on coverage I had already declined and got me out the door as soon as I came in. This location is in a totally random shopping center, but if you're close by and in need of a rental I highly suggest giving them a shot.”
“I understand local rental locations have less availability than airports, so I won't dock any stars for that - but keep in mind that due to the limitation, cars may not immediately be available.
That being said, the customer service was great. Alex did his utmost to get me a car ahead of my scheduled pickup time, adjusted the reservation to ensure every convenience, and was super thorough in explaining everything. I felt very comfortable during the whole process and was happy with the car. The location is conveniently located next to a gas station, and ride-sharing options after drop-off are plentiful.
Would definitely use again. But make sure to call ahead and check if and what cars are available.”

“Picked up my rental car on Apr 19 and had a good experience. First booking online was smooth. Picking up I interacted with 3 gentlemen (african american man - manager, other guy working front desk I believe is Indian, and 3rd guy named Zachary who washed my car) - all gave a great experience, friendly personable not too pushy and efficient
I got the car I wanted and asked for them to rush the wash so I could get back to work and then get on the road and they did just that and still did a good job washing.
There were few issues I could hear with car availability and delayed reservations but I did not face this.”
