The gentleman made sure the car was in perfect running condition before he handed me the keys. Upon return he was quick to get the car checked in. Uber was also quick to pick me up from this location to take me to the airport.I would rent from here again if the airport was sold out.”

“I recently had my first experience with Enterprise. I went to their Plano outlet located on the hwy 121.The car that I got was a 2023 Mazda CX 50. The car was very well maintained and was very smooth to drive. It did not trouble me even once. Bri, the manager who supported me with the whole process was very helpful throughout the process. Will definitely be going back there for rental again. I highly recommend enterprise.”

The service at the office was brilliant and fast, the staff over there explained me everything what I should know about that car as it was the first time that I am renting a exotic car like that. “I was in a car wreck and enterprise car rental was the place I chose to get a Rent-A-Car. They came down on their price for me because I had to keep the car longer than my insurance company was going to pay and in keeping the car as long as I did they realize that I was out of pocket all the rental days. They took me over to their sales department where the sales team told me that they could put me in a car today and get rid of the rental car even though I still had a loan on my totaled car they were able to get me into car and have two car notes in my name at the same time where no one else wanted to finance me with the fact that I still had an outstanding loan, so my hats off to Enterprise, what a wonderful experience”

“We rented a car at this location for a 2 day business trip. Both the clerk and the manager Dave were very helpful and kind. Yes there is a shortage of cars at every rental company, yes you need a corporate ID if you are using a corporate rate. Makes sense. Yes you should have a credit card if you don't want a hold on your debit card. People seem to be nasty to staff because they don't understand the basics of renting a car. I prepaid online to save money, used my loyalty number with Budget and presented my drivers license and credit card. They were out of the class of car I booked, again out of their control, and put me in another car which was an upgrade. Awesome. Once we turned in the car Dave thoughtfully followed up with a quick call to get my email so he could send me a receipt. Great service. They also allow you to photograph any damage there may be on the car before you take it out of the parking lot and you can email pics for proof. So much better than going back inside. Really love this convenient location inside Walmart.”
“Due to transmission issues with my car I was in the unfortunate position of having to pay for a rental vehicle. My car is under warranty, but the dealer's are all backed up so it will be a week before they can diagnose and determine it is an issue covered under warranty, at which point they will put me in a rental. That being said, Justin, was one the most helpful and genuine rental agents I've ever had to work with. He got me in and out in under 5 minutes. Didn't try to up-sell me on coverage I had already declined and got me out the door as soon as I came in. This location is in a totally random shopping center, but if you're close by and in need of a rental I highly suggest giving them a shot.”
“Good experience, easy. I should have written the employee's name down to thank him, but I was running late. He took care of us when their corporate office couldn't, ran into an issue with being stuck behind a 2 hour traffic jam. (18 wheeler jacket knifed across a two lane road, no fatalities thank goodness) and we weren't going to be able to return the rental before they closed. Their corporate office customer service wanted to charge us an extra $300, thank heavens this location and their staff had a better solution.”

“I usually don't have good experiences with Budget, but I had multiple great experiences here and with Amir. Just make sure to call ahead of time to double check if your reservation/ car can be ready - it depends on other customers returning the rental car on time.”
