I came in with a potential car issue, and instead of immediately charging me the $199 diagnostic fee, Jack listened carefully to what I described and was upfront about what he thought the problem was. Given the circumstances, he didn’t charge me for the diagnostic and clearly explained everything. “I wasn't looking forward to having to go offsiteto get my car (the airport was sold out) but it was a very pleasant experience. The gentleman made sure the car was in perfect running condition before he handed me the keys. Upon return he was quick to get the car checked in. Uber was also quick to pick me up from this location to take me to the airport.I would rent from here again if the airport was sold out.”
“Returned car. My kid left his watch in the rental and Sulav was kind enough to go to the car wash and retrieve it, then called me, and met me somewhere to give it back.
We are grateful.

“My experience with Enterprise happened via my insurance company, Progressive who offered me rental due to an incident. I must tell you that the enterprise team I dealt with was simply the best when it comes to professional behavior, customer-centricity and timely processes. The car was neat and well-maintained. During the return they offered to pick up the car from a car dealer premise where I had to leave the rental car as I took a new car from this dealer. Excellent co-operation, super understanding of situation and very agile, humble workforce, professional service and excellent cars - That's to me Enterprise Rent-A-Car! “I rented a care July 24 - July 31. I could not ask for a better experience! I reserved the car online and when I got to Budget, there was a duplicate paid rental. Justin was very helpful, he showed me the number to call, the reference number to give them and was overall - very courteous and helpful! My car was ready - I just needed to give him my driver’s license and I was gone. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The return was even easier! I will be renting from this location again when I need a car.”
“Due to transmission issues with my car I was in the unfortunate position of having to pay for a rental vehicle. My car is under warranty, but the dealer's are all backed up so it will be a week before they can diagnose and determine it is an issue covered under warranty, at which point they will put me in a rental. That being said, Justin, was one the most helpful and genuine rental agents I've ever had to work with. He got me in and out in under 5 minutes. Didn't try to up-sell me on coverage I had already declined and got me out the door as soon as I came in. This location is in a totally random shopping center, but if you're close by and in need of a rental I highly suggest giving them a shot.”
“Picked up my rental car on Apr 19 and had a good experience. First booking online was smooth. Picking up I interacted with 3 gentlemen (african american man - manager, other guy working front desk I believe is Indian, and 3rd guy named Zachary who washed my car) - all gave a great experience, friendly personable not too pushy and efficient
I got the car I wanted and asked for them to rush the wash so I could get back to work and then get on the road and they did just that and still did a good job washing.
There were few issues I could hear with car availability and delayed reservations but I did not face this.”
