TV doesn't work the building is outdated three of the four washers are broke two of the four dryers are broke they have a tip jar out for your breakfast now they expect to get tipped to for doing their job that they get paid for

We stay here every time we drive through Lubbock. Service is very friendly and efficient. The room is always clean and comfortable. We appreciate the well lit parking lot also.
