“Woof Gang Bakery is waaaay above 5 stars! This was the 3rd groomer we had tried for our Australian Labradoodle, and it will be our girls grooming home from now on! Rachel was so kind on the first visit, and listened to all our concerns and actually was able to translate that into the perfect cut for our pup! Every time we go in our sweet Leighton is so excited to see Rachel, and feels safe and at home…and every time we pick her up she looks amazing! I never have to remind Rachel of any details…and, she always takes a few minutes when we pick her up to show my 13 y/o daughter, that loves to groom her at home, areas to focus on and how! “I placed an online pickup order and had another great experience with this Pet Supplies Plus location. My order was ready quickly, accurate, and easy to pick up. Even though I usually do pickup, I often come inside to grab my order, and the store is always clean, organized, and well-maintained.
The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful whenever I have questions or need recommendations. I recently brought home a new puppy, and the team has been great in helping me find food and supplies. Excellent customer service and a clean, pet-friendly store keep me coming back. “My 10 year old dog was going to pass over the rainbow the next day and we wanted to get him some doggie ice cream. We found great treats for him. My daughter recommended PetSmart. The experience was good. But near the check out the guy in black, arm folded seemed like security or a unfriendly manager. The feeling was a little tarnished otherwise a good experience.”
