“Two weekends ago I stopped by Pet Supplies Plus Wylie to bathe my new Cane Corso. At seven months he is already too large for my shower at home, so I needed a practical solution. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Mary. She was a bit reserved at first, yet genuinely kind and helpful. We got our bath pass and headed to the wash area without any issues. On our way out we decided to pick up a harness for our newest family member. At the checkout Mary kindly asked if she could show me a different option, and I agreed. What followed was a genuine twenty-minute fitting session. She carefully fitted the harness on my pup, explained why the one she recommended was the better choice, and helped me understand the importance of comfort and security for a large, growing dog. That level of care meant a great deal to me. I love this for us. After that, Christian stepped in to help with dog food. I had asked for assistance because I wanted to transition all three of my dogs to a cleaner, locally sourced option instead of continuing with an overpriced product from a Facebook company whose quality I questioned. Christian then spent another selfless thirty minutes with us. He walked me through the three salmon-based foods I had selected, explaining that all three were excellent choices but that each offered something slightly different, all at a reasonable price point for feeding three large dogs. He also took the time to explain delivery, in-store pickup, and recurring order options—something that is especially helpful with my busy schedule. The genuine investment Mary and Christian made that day completely sold me on building a real relationship with Pet Supplies Plus Wylie. This was maybe my fourth visit to the location, and previously I had only come in for bath services. This was the first time I truly felt seen as more than just a bath customer. I love this for us too. To anyone reading this review: stop into Pet Supplies Plus Wylie. The prices are reasonable and often better than other chains, and there is healthy food available for every budget. I chose the PSP personal brand for my family’s dogs, and I have been pleased with the decision. When you stop in, you will be seen, helped, and appreciated. If you call ahead and speak with Hannah, she is wonderful as well—kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the inventory and product selections.”

“Took my 5 year old to see the animals before stopping at Michael's next door. He loves looking at each fish tank and reading the names of the fish inside, along with every bird, guinea pig, etc. Today while there, we had the pleasure of meeting Arlee. He was working in the fish area and when he saw my son and his enthusiasm, he asked him if he wanted to feed the fish. Not only did he let him feed the fish, but he shared fun facts about each one with my son, much to his delight. Arlee went all the way down the aisle, telling him about the plecostomas, frogs, and tiny catfish. Absolutely and unexpectedly made our day! Thank you, Arlee!”
