“It's not the building although it's nice it's not the carpet although it's nice it's the people and one in particular who's the best I've ever had to deal with is Christina. Everyone there is super nice but she goes way out of her way to make sure everything is taken care of I can't say enough good things about her I hope she stays there for years and years. She's super friendly super nice and she knows her stuff.”

“I had to go into this bank to deposit coins with my toddler and the service was great! Very quick and only a 5% fee for coin deposit unlike other places who charge 12%. They also had goodie bags and cupcakes which calmed my child down! I haven't gone into a bank in years and I was satisfied with the speed/process/service of the whole thing.”

“First untied bank has been amazing! I opened my account with Denise here at this branch off redbud in mckinney. I had a very pleasant experience. I was shown the entire bank, was explained the lobby has nice features for us as customers. I was introduced to the entire staff which was nice because you never know who you’re going to get when you go to the branch. All the staff is still currently there I have currently been banking with first United Bank for two years now. I have every service you can think of with this bank. ( mortgage, line of credit, auto, equipment Loan, checking, biz accounts, credit protection, ppp loan) they have been very generous to me and my small business & my puppy. Thank you Denise and staff. Like the latest guy that he is going to contact the people that he know higher up to damage someone's life, reputation and job for a notary, really? A complimentary service and you complaint, really? You can go to a regular notary and pay for it, nahhh..you look for the free stuff & complain, all his reviews are negative, for a notary, pizza, dear God. Or the other complain because the bathroom doesn't have a baby changing table...flash news lady, the world doesn't revolve around you. I can only imagine how sad their personal lives are. “Looking at the low rating comments it is clear there are people who do not understand banking regulations and security. I have been with many banks over the years. Valliance is by FAR the best of all of them. And the comments about Hannah are rubbish. She goes beyond the call of duty when needed. Anyone with negative comments about her are the root of any problem encountered. Obviously the low rating comments are from people without accounts at the bank.”
“I want to give a huge shoutout to the team at the Prosperity Bank on Randy Lee in McKinney: Deja Williams, Kerry Morgan, and Christopher Richeson. After nearly 45 days of dealing with an unresolved issue at another branch, I was honestly ready to close all my accounts and walk away from the bank entirely.
But the moment I walked into this location, everything changed. These three went above and beyond to not only fix the issue quickly, but they did it with professionalism, patience, and a genuinely helpful attitude. I felt like they actually cared, which is rare these days.
Because of them, I won’t be going to any other branch in the McKinney area. This is where I’ll be doing all my banking from now on. The experience was stellar and they absolutely earned my business back. Thank you again, Deja, Kerry, and Christopher. You saved the day.

“I have been using this bank for years and the staff at every level and position has always been 100% kind, professional, and respectful. I am surprised at all the negative reviews but I suspect people can be frustrated by long waits which often is out of the control of the bank. I use the ATM as often as possible or I call to make an appointment. I feel as though the staff is part of my family and have always been treated as such. I recall Abraham Lincoln's famous quote: "You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.".”

“I needed a document noterized and after 14 different phone calls to different banks this wells fargo location actually answered the phone, had a notary and was available for me any time till 5pm. “Do NOT bank with Credit Union Of Texas, since banking with them they have continuously fired and re hired mass people and nobody absolutely nobody knows what they’re doing. They offer you a skip a pay for the HOLIDAYS send you a text tell you, you qualify and all the ENTIRE time it is as if you are actually doing you’re own skip a pay when THE BANK is giving it to you! And then after years of setting you up on this SCAM of a HOLIDAY SKIP A PAY they will then tell you, you have had too many you no longer qualify. Excuse me? You guys were the ones telling me in the beginning IT DOES NOT COUNT AGAINST YOU it’s a HOLIDAY skip a PAY. That’s like WALMART saying the SUGAR is FREE and then arresting you for taking what they offered! AND NOBODY CARES because it’s not their credit! THE BANK AND THE EMPLOYEES LIED and SCAMMED me for years and SET ME UP! I feel defeated and devastated and to make matters worst look at the message from the photo! DO NOT BANK with them or finance your car! Jared the District Manager does not care about the MEMBERS at all and to make matters worst I was continuously told since December 1st he would call and the issue would be resolved just for today on the 23rd during an ice Storm that they can’t acknowledge what they offer! Worst bank ever I suggest you go through Navy FCU or RBFCU much better financing and banking! Learn from ME! Very high turn over rate and all they do is LIE! I have reported them to the BBB and FTC nobody should get done nor treated the way I was treated! They continued to lie and not resolve the problem at all! The entire BANK is a FRAUD! 5 stars to warn YOU because nobody warned ME! And the banking part is even worst you’ll get an over draft fee because their system is not updated and process payments very very late! Go to a better bank and thank me LATER save yourself! And don’t even try to contact MEMBER SERVICES nobody knows what they’re doing! Remind you I’m not a new MEMBER I’ve been a MEMBER since 2019 and they DONT CARE RUN FAR AWAY from this BANK they will ruin your credit and your LIFE!”
