“Pretty solid experience here. Was able to find the shoes I needed plus a few other items - not very packed and we got to hear a about my hero academia from an employee at the register. Unfortunately our cashier thought that show was about volleyball but she was terribly wrong, this is why it deserved a 4 star. The cashier needs to brush up on her anime. Overall though, great place.”
“I went to this store about a week ago. I was browsing and an employee asked me if I was finding everything alright. I said I was. I picked 1 pair of shoes and took another to the counter to ask if they had that pair in a different size. The store manager is really friendly and helpful. Another employee asked him if she could help with my transaction. The store manager put a caller on hold (he was on the phone with an employee) to help me, which I appreciated. The staff are all friendly and helpful. My shoes were delivered to me free because they didn’t have my size. The store is clean, lots of shoes, and friendly staff. Their bogo deal is a good one! “I brought my son in to have his foot evaluated and to make sure he had the right inserts for his soccer shoes. The evaluation was quick, easy, and really informative. I honestly expected they might try to sell me new inserts, but they confirmed the ones we already had were perfect! They explained more about my son’s foot type and sent us on our way. Great, honest service.. I really appreciate that!”
