“I arrived at 0930 without an appointment for TSA precheck, appointment was for two days later. Someone else arrived at the same time and had an appoint for 0940 but did not have the correct documents so they left. I was called back at 0942 and out of the door by 0948. Everyone I interacted with was courteous. Great experience.”

“First time going to this location. Didn’t get everyone’s names, but I was helped with printing a shipping label and having an item packaged and shipped with no problems and quick help from everyone.”
“Rick, the store manager, was very helpful, and very kind. I had to package some items that I needed to drop off for USPS, and he even gave me some pointers for a different packaging store that ships for USPS without having to wait in line at the post office. He has a great attitude and didn't make me feel like a bother! Will go back to this location to be served by Rick, even though it's out of my way.”

“Because a manager who will be retiring soon will not do his job, I am having trouble receiving my packages. I keep getting messages that the address is wrong but it is not! When this particular manager makes the schedule, they put my house number first or last and not in the correct order of delivery. Because of that many times my packages are returned to your wear house. If this manger cannot fix the problem please give someone else the job!!!!!! The delivery people can get packages here when someone besides the manager does the schedule! My phone number is 214-402-9890. Please call me, because I have spent way too much time calling UPS trying to get this straightened out! You need to retire that man and hire someone who will do his job!”

“UPDATE: Kris reached out to me this morning and came and made it right! They inspected the box to see it was really dirty and that's why the key isn't working and assured me they will be cleaning it out so it is usable but they have taken all the keys for now to get the key holes checked to make sure they're all good and usable.
Appreciative for caring and actually trying to fix it!
Would like someone to get ahold of me so I don't have to CONSTANTLY go in person...I tried to call but cannot seem to reach anyone at this local office...TWO TIMES NOW I have gotten packages put in the cluster box at Monticello Park and the E2 box key hole is BROKEN, YOU CANNOT TURN IT TO GET YOUR PACKAGE. I TRIED, MY HUSBAND TRIED. WE TRIED WITH ALL OUR STRENGTH, IT WON'T BUDGE.
I am sick of having to go up there and ask them to place it in a new box and wait 24 hours to get it placed in another locker box.”
