“This location is like the walmart of dollar tree. Bigger store than most other dollar trees and more to pick from it feels like. There's another dollar tree like 1 minute down the road on Galloway and Towneast. This one is off Towneast but by Target and McDonald's across from the mall kinda”

“5 stars for sure—JCPenney at East Town Mall has turned into my one-stop shop whenever I’m back in Texas. The store is laid out super clearly, with big sections for menswear, womenswear, kids, and home, so it’s easy to move from grabbing basics to hunting for statement pieces without feeling lost. Racks are full but not overcrowded, and sizes are actually in stock, which already puts it ahead of a lot of other department stores.What really stands out is the selection and prices: graphic tees, jeans, and hoodies for everyday wear; dress shirts, slacks, and blazers when I need to clean up; plus tons of shoes, socks, and underwear bundles that make re‑stocking a whole wardrobe in one run doable. Their home section has sheets, towels, small appliances, and décor that hit that “nice but still affordable” lane, and the clearance racks and regular sales mean you can walk out with bags of clothes without wrecking your budget. Staff have been friendly and patient with returns or coupons, and checkout moves quickly even when it’s busy. Solid department store, great value—definitely my go‑to JCPenney in the area.”

“I enjoy shopping at Marshalls because they always have great deals and a wide variety of items—from clothing and home décor to beauty products and unique finds. You can often find quality brands at very reasonable prices, which keeps me coming back.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the restrooms are often not cleaned to proper sanitation standards. A little more attention to restroom cleanliness would really improve the overall shopping experience for customers.
Other than that, the store usually has friendly staff and great bargains. With better restroom maintenance, this location would easily earn a full 5-star review. ⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“I enjoy shopping at the Neighborhood Walmart. The produce is well merchandised,colorful ,neatly well maintained,freshly organized and attractive. The bakery department is too yummy and flavor rich. I normally have to push my cart quickly so I am not tempted. But I always fail. It it is hard to not stop, do I stop? You dog gone rootty tutti I stop. And yes I do shop the bakery markdown section. I purchase what I want and pop it in the freezer. Warmer it up when I have a taste for something sweet.”

“I was willing to leave a 1☆ based off my experience today with an employee until i spoke with a manager (Micah) whom I have had the pleasure of seeing and helping me when she was in the online order dept..she has always been nice e and informative. So, when she told me who she was I knew that my voice wouldn't go unheard.
I am not trying to have anyone loose their jobs I just think coaching and customer perception should be at the forefront with this employee..
It was a very bad experience considering I work in customer service and has been a manager for over 25 yrs I know what should be expected..we should always give benefits for any product we introduce to our customer and when someone say no it means just that..it comes off as being aggressive and "I need to meet my goal'...

“Had to find a DG near me by my church and walked in to be greeted WELCOME, Finding the store very very clean!!!! I could literally walk thru the isle without having to step over inventory waiting to be put on shelves. It’s been a long time since I’ve come in to any DG because so many are nasty! Great JOB to the manager, employees, region mgr!!! Definitely will start coming to the DG!!”

“Usually go to the garland location however was in the area and found a few Halloween decor items. This location is stocked up with Halloween decorations. Received the best service with Carolina at the checkout register, she made my evening with her conversation and nice personality. Would come again she deserves this 5 star review!! God bless her!”
