“Been using this store as a shop manager for over 15 years I've never had one problem with customer service Ryan is very knowledgeable and friendly he is professional and charismatic orileys is lucky to have him... that being said the rest of the staff is just as nice even the drivers here are awesome our shop in allen recently closed and that sucks cause im having to change stores and I got spoiled by this orileys. Dear coperate if you are going to use a store to train ur first call people use this store the professional side of this store is top notch and customer side is just as good! Honestly if I could give this store all a raise I would! Thank all of you for your help all these years ...Paul is awesome too he kind of quiet at first but when u get him going he knows his stuff

As a woman I usually hate walking into auto parts stores but this experience was very different! He didn’t try to sell me the most expensive and even replaced them on my car. This location, however, didn’t have the battery needed to fulfill the warranty but he went above and beyond to find a location with the battery needed and that would honor my warranty. 10/10 appreciate Daniel and his honor and determination.”

“My truck battery died Sunday afternoon – after all of the auto shops were closed. I got a jump and ran it up to O'Reilly in Lucas. Ali was incredibly helpful! Not only did he find me the best battery, he removed the old battery and installed the new one! My truck is lifted, and it was unseasonably cold outside- Ali was a pro & so very helpful despite the added complications! I will definitely be coming back for windshield wipers, headlights & anything else that my car needs!”

“If they don't have it you don't need it. Sort of. I was referred to them years ago from a lamp store in Plano when they didn't have the light blub needed for end table. They had it and I went back again to get replacement blubs as needed. Latest need was interior light for kitchen appliance which mfg did not have. I called them and explained problem and they said text us photos of blub and we will check it out. A day or so later they called back with possible substitute but not the exact same blub. I passed on their suggestion as I want to get what the mfg uses. I appreciate the extra effort to serve a customer just not this time for a unique. I will keep them on the short list for the end table blubs.”

Do recommend shop there if need help on service with battery or with questions of any parts you have they will do, not try, do they best to answer your questions.”
“I stopped in for a flasher . They had to order the part. I asked will I have to pay for it now . He said no . You have a two day window to pick it up. The flasher was 70 dollars. And according to the you tube up under the dash. So I took it to my mechanic. At KG Automotive. And he fixed it in a few minutes. He had the flasher relay. The great policy at O'Reillys. If i would have needed the part it was ordered and waiting.”
