“The first impression that you may have is that most of O'Reilly's employees have knowledge of vehicles. The work cohesively as a team in all types of weather to make sure you get the right parts, installed or tested within their protocols. Battery returns take time and that may become frustrating for some. There is a good reason for that to make sure they don't go broke replacing good batteries when it is not warranted. Paul runs his store well and is very professional. He picks his team well and so that is why the store has such high ratings.”
“Staff went above and beyond i really appreciate all of their help. Very knowledgeable and understanding. Incredibly friendly. My alternator and radiator crashed out on me and they helped me and my mobile mechanic out a lot. They definitely took ownership from start to finish to ensure that i was set and good to go. Oreilly is definitely my only go to part store and as long as im in the area it will also be this specific store.”

“If they don't have it you don't need it. Sort of. I was referred to them years ago from a lamp store in Plano when they didn't have the light blub needed for end table. They had it and I went back again to get replacement blubs as needed. Latest need was interior light for kitchen appliance which mfg did not have. I called them and explained problem and they said text us photos of blub and we will check it out. A day or so later they called back with possible substitute but not the exact same blub. I passed on their suggestion as I want to get what the mfg uses. I appreciate the extra effort to serve a customer just not this time for a unique. I will keep them on the short list for the end table blubs.”

“I was at your Richardson Store. I called a young man named Daniel about a concern I had with a rock hitting my windshield. He said “come in and I will show you a kit that we have and help you.” He was so friendly and kind. We drove to the store and he walked me through the steps of what to do then he came out to my car and took a look at the area in question. He said I should worry about those because they were so tiny and hadn’t spidered out like others he showed me near by. I found his his service, friendliness, and honest absolutely amazing and outstanding. I believe he he is the Assistant Manager. Well done Daniel! Thank you. I will be a customer for life after todays experience.”
“I had a tire blowout and pulled into a parking lot next to this Interstate Battery store. After changing my tire, I noticed the spare tire was deflated. I asked the gentleman in Interstate if they had a portable air compressor. Without hesitation, he lent me their compressor, and soon I was back on the road.
