“I got a safe from here, waited a little bit before going through with buying it. The day I was going to go ahead and purchase it, it went off sale. The store honored the discount which was already doing me a great favor. Sadly the safe ended up have some sealing problems but after talking with Tractor Supply they were happy to get an exchange. The store waited for a brand new one that was still in the box to show up and even held it for me to make sure I got that one. Im not one to write reviews but this for sure warranted it. The manager and employees went well above and beyond for me. Thank y'all so much for helping me out and being patient with getting me an exchange. Couldn't have been happier and couldn't have gotten better service.”

“I have never had an exceptional experience at a Home Depot before but I did today! Nader in the garden center was incredible. As soon as I walked up to check out, he was so kind and friendly. He offered to carry out the bags of sand I had in my cart for me and I told him no worries, I can do it. He said just pull your car up and I’ll load them for you. Thank you Nader for your wonderful customer service!”

“Came in this evening needing to find parts for a bathroom remodel. I asked the first sales associate I saw and he helped me right away. When he was unsure of something he found Robin who was able to help us. We needed additional help (they didn’t want to tell me the wrong thing and I appreciated this sooo much) and a 3rd gentleman came to help. I was able to find everything I needed! At check out Tobin (Tolin? I’m so sorry if that’s wrong) helped me look up the part I had. Extremely helpful store!! I live the same distance to a Home Depot but this Lowe’s will be my new go to. Thank you!!”

“Chris P. was very friendly and helpful. He left the customer service desk to help me look for some flip top totes. I also noticed that the majority of the employees in this store will greet you and ask if they can assist you with anything.”

“6/24/26: Miguel, at Customer Service desk was awesome. I had several items to return due to lack of wall space. He was friendly, patient, and professional. He understood why I had to return some of the items, and made me feel like a valued customer. He processed my returns from separate dates, explained the process and provided receipts and a gift card, due to a system error in not reading a multipack purchase. I am grateful that he was the one who took care of me.”

“I needed something from Lowe's and was in this area of town so we stopped in. The best time to shop at Lowe's (or HD) is Friday evening. Beat the Saturday morning rush when everyone and their brother comes in for their weekend project supplies. We were replacing our ceiling fan in our sunroom and found just what we were looking for. It was a fan with a remote control to turn on the fan blades and the light. I was also looking for some pull-out shelves for a built-in sideboard. I found the Rev-A-Shelf brand shelves that I know are excellent quality as I've bought some before. I couldn't find any shorter sized rollout shelves, only 22" deep and I needed 17" depth. Sadly, they aren't available in that depth so I had to change my plans and go with Container Store Elfa baskets. Saturday morning, hubby started to dismantle the old ceiling fan and then prepare to install the new fan. As he was starting to install, he realized that since there is only a beam it's getting attached to, we would need to return this model and buy the fan that has the pull chains. I'm fine with that. It's what I'm used to. The return/exchange was seamless. I really like the look of the new ceiling fan. I did have to buy chain extensions so that we could reach the pull chains to turn on/off the light or the fan blades.”

“People are nice and I can always find what I am looking for. Lowes didn't have 2x12 pieces of lumber. I thought that was strange. Maybe bc it was my first experience but I thought the lumber was in much better condition. Also, their paint selection is better.”

“Huge shoutout to the Home Depot delivery team! They were incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond. They even took the time to switch the dryer door to the other side- which required taking part of the dryer apart- just to make our small laundry room more functional. They absolutely didn’t have to do that, but they did it anyway. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. They deserve a raise!”

“Went in for one thing and walked out with way more lol. One of the employees actually helped me find the exact drill bit instead of just pointing at an aisle. Checkout moved pretty fast too. Saved me a second trip so I cant really complain. Definitely coming back.”
