“This is a huge store. Fortunately I was able to find an employee who walked with me around the store to find all the parts I needed for my sink. He could have just told me what isle but he took the time to walk me there and give me ideas and advice on how to make the repairs. For example a light fixture that was exact match for others in a rental property.They provide 25, 50, and even 75% discount on items that have been sitting in the store for a while.Selection is usually not that great. “I went in for a mailbox they had the one I needed I bought it. It would have been nice though if an associate would have asked me if I needed any help. I was looking at the mailboxes for at least 15 minutes and no hardware was included so then I had to go find the hardware to be able to mount it and still no one asked me if I needed assistance.”
