It is always clean, and they offer multiple types of shampoos. There are aprons, towels, and small treats as well in the self-wash area. The staff is very nice and helpful. I also stock up on my cockatiel's food and supplies there. They have great sales and yummy treats (or so Stella tells me.) No guarantee your dog will not lie in a bunch of leaves as soon as she comes back from her bath there.

I had never taken my dog to a groomer before and she was so kind in listening to my concerns and assuring me that they would do their best to work with me. My dog is older and he was getting nervous every time he heard me say bath or saw me with a comb and would run from me for weeks. He was raggedy and desperately in need of a bath. They not only reassured me when I dropped him off for his first bath, but they followed my requests to not cut or shave his hair. Instead he gets a small trim around the necessaries and he looks so handsome when I pick him up. I think he and my husband's dog now love baths more than they thought they would.

I seriously thought I was going to have her put down. Thank you Dr Metcalf! You saved her life! He was the first to not guess but took x-rays of her legs and offered her a monthly shot along with an anti inflammatory. You would not believe how her life changed. She has not done stairs or ran in at least 4 years. She now has gone up and down stairs on her own and chased the other 2 dogs. Thank you so much Dr Metcalf.

I decided a slice and pop would be perfect . I'm from Chicago we say pop ok, as we entered we were greeted with a hello and smile. the spot is a grab and go but definitely fun decor as the neighborhood tagged the tile on the walls. Reminds me of Gino's East back home. There were four tables available so we ate there to enjoy a hot pie. You want thin slice pies come here and get satisfied.

Vegetables are fresh and selection of seasonings is large. Eating area really needs up dating, new flooring, repainting walls, and redoing the ceilings. Lots of grease way up high Staff is friendly and prices are low. So as a restaurant rating it is $$. But overall it is ****. Only reason not perfect is no atmosphere at all

I love him he's perfect for me. But the ladies I've met here were so nice and helpful. They really r very sweet and work so well with you as long as you explain everything that is going on. I would highly suggest getting pet through this shelter.
