It is always clean, and they offer multiple types of shampoos. There are aprons, towels, and small treats as well in the self-wash area. The staff is very nice and helpful. I also stock up on my cockatiel's food and supplies there. They have great sales and yummy treats (or so Stella tells me.) No guarantee your dog will not lie in a bunch of leaves as soon as she comes back from her bath there.

I had never taken my dog to a groomer before and she was so kind in listening to my concerns and assuring me that they would do their best to work with me. My dog is older and he was getting nervous every time he heard me say bath or saw me with a comb and would run from me for weeks. He was raggedy and desperately in need of a bath. They not only reassured me when I dropped him off for his first bath, but they followed my requests to not cut or shave his hair. Instead he gets a small trim around the necessaries and he looks so handsome when I pick him up. I think he and my husband's dog now love baths more than they thought they would.

I seriously thought I was going to have her put down. Thank you Dr Metcalf! You saved her life! He was the first to not guess but took x-rays of her legs and offered her a monthly shot along with an anti inflammatory. You would not believe how her life changed. She has not done stairs or ran in at least 4 years. She now has gone up and down stairs on her own and chased the other 2 dogs. Thank you so much Dr Metcalf.

We had the Kung Po Chicken and the Chicken Lo Mein. The lunch specials come with a delightful sides of egg rolls and soup. Yes, you heard that right and for only $8.99. The Kung Po Chicken was fire. The Chicken Lo Mein needed a bit more flavor on the chicken. I have to say the egg rolls were fantastic. We actually ordered another set of egg rolls because they were hot, thin crisp smooth skin, and a lot of delicious cabbage and stuff inside. Yummy! 5 out of 5 on those egg rolls. The hot and sour soup came with those thin strip chips to add into the soup. That was the best soup I’ve tried in a very long time. Great touch! Photos…lol…we destroyed the plates…but let me tell you they are very generous on portions. We will come back again because yes, this place left a good memory for us. Thank you!

I had 4 different employees speak with me, showed excitement for making my drink for its different combo, always a smile and a friendly employee here. Maya told me she made my drinks extra special and she did! Heard her bubbly self singing while working. You can tell this crew works well together. When the employees are happy it radiates to the customers.

7301 Iron Horse Blvd, North Richland HillsI cant say enough about this place but thank u from the bottom of my heart. I adopted Fred or as I call him Freddy ( boogie) a big orange tabby cat. I love him he's perfect for me. But the ladies I've met here were so nice and helpful. They really r very sweet and work so well with you as long as you explain everything that is going on. I would highly suggest getting pet through this shelter.
