She made sure all my forms were completed and was a great photographer for my passport picture. They even had collective stamps which were neat. Again, thank you for being so kind. It made my day!!”
“I was worried about my package, and this very nice sweet lady I spoke with her earlier and just now she looked into it for me and called me and let me know everything is fine with my package and gave me more details about the third party company we use for our packages for my apartments. She made me feel at ease, her customer service was amazing . She was so nice. She deserves a raise. We need more people like her ?”
“Considering the short staff. Things run pretty smoothly. The suppose to be in charge guy...he isn't very customer service like. The real counter workers do their best to fulfill needs. The postmaster never lift a finger to help...even when the line is long. He just sits there on the end. Not offering to assist unless you ask him a question. He just looks and goes to hide in the office if you act like you want to ask him a question.”
“I've been several times and never had any issues with the service at this location. However, there can be quite a bit of a line for package help, but it moves pretty quickly in my opinion.”
“Every single time I come here, the postal clerks do such a stand up job. Kind, courteous, efficient and with genuine smiles on their faces. Even today, as people flooded the room at 5 o'clock on a Friday with one older gentleman having a dolly's worth of packages (literally brought in on a dolly), they were both excellent to everyone. “I absolutely love this post office. It's been my local place for 20 years. Sure, sometimes there's a hiccup, but the overall positive attitude and professionalism is great. They used to be able to play music, which made the whole experience better, but things have become more sterile and less fun. Still they keep a good attitude and I appreciate it.”

“I went to this USPS location to mail important documents and want to mail at $11 rate to ensure it is delivered and I need another stamp to mail back. The staff are friendly and find another flat envelope to ensure everything goes well.”
“I had the pleasure of working with Mr Patel on fixing multiple shipping issues I had. Not only did he fix and resolve the 4 issues I came in with (all caused by my errors), he also fixed other errors for me in my previous parcel deliveries in under 15 minutes. Not only did all 6 parcel issues get resolved, he also explained to me with the patience of a saint how the error happened and how I can prevent/fix it next time. He was very polite and kind even when I got confused multiple times and he was gracious about explaining it until I understood it. The whole interaction took less than 20 minutes and he resolved every single issue that most other shipping store would take hours to resolve. Very appreciative of his patience and him going above and beyond to help me. I was honestly expecting the process to be a lot more painful and frustrating so I’m be try glad the team at this location is very knowledgable, patient, and kind. I appreciate Mr Patel for his help.”

“In my own experience they provided me good service, they clearly explain the procedure to fill the document in different priorities specially the old man that I don't know his name but he was amazing and fast as the lines are too, there are a bunch of different packages but you most bring your ✉️ evelope but you'll find different boxes.
